This Casa was well equipped with all the necessities, lots of dishes, blender, Tupperware for food to take to beach, beach chairs, cooler, hairdryer.. we bought & left 2 beach umbrellas for future guests.. All in all we loved our stay!

Reviewer Comments: Our family ad friends have been staying anywhere from a week to a month in Siesta Key both in Casa Blanca as well as the two neighboring resorts. We haven't missed a year since 1971. I booked late this year and only villas were left so I chose D09. It was clean and reasonably well-equipped, however, I couldn't help but wonder if mold/mildew is a problem. The owners provided a small rolling cooler and beach umbrellas which was really nice. Both the living room and master bedrooms had flat screen tv and the furnishings were in good condition. It's located about halfway between the beach and the pool.My only complaint was the guy in charge of security was unnecessarily rude. My husband arrived after hours so the office was closed and they had only given me one pass. Despite our explanation the "security guard" gave him a tow-away ticket. The nighttime guard enforced the rules but did it in a respectful and friendly way. Casa Blanca is a good place for the whole family and the beach is beautiful!

Beautiful Siesta Key-Crescent Beach

Very comfortable property. Nicely decorated and furnished. Did not realize there was no washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin operated laundry by the office. My only complaint was the amount of towels given for a nine day stay. Had to spend time feeding the machines to have fresh towels. Although the August heat was extreme the unit/villa was very cool and comfortable
