If you’re looking for a quiet beach community and an island lifestyle then you’re at the right place. The unit is fully updated and decorated in island style with a very comfortable king size bed, flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. What’s really nice is at Lido you can park your car and walk (or bike, & bus) as everything you need is nearby. It’s not uncommon for our guests to taxi in for the week.

Like the outdoors? Lido has parks on the north and south end and the kayak park is two blocks away. The beach is a block away and we provide beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. There's bathrooms and snack bar at the beach also.

Hungry? It’s a 5 minute walk to famous St. Armand’s Circle with 15+ restaurants and upscale boutique shopping. Our favorite spots are at Tommy Bahamas restaurant watching the crowds go by while sipping a martini or on the patio at the Columbia with a pitcher of cava sangria made table side. 8th floor Happy Hour at Lido Beach resort is also a great place to meet the locals.

Night on the town? Enjoy beautiful downtown Sarasota’s fine dining, theater, opera, ballet, art galleries, antique shops, and museums or just pass the time while strolling the shops of downtown Sarasota. Longboat key and Siesta Key are minutes away.

Linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler provided – just bring your toothbrush! If you forgot it – ask! We probably have it.

You name it and its nearby - golf, beach, bike, boat, sailing, some of the best fishing, fishing charters, aquariums, museums, shopping, wind surfing, kite boarding, swimming, great walking areas, theaters, opera, and on and on.

Perfect condo in perfect location

Cosy and clean condo in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk from Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle. Cheryl and Adelaide are very nice hosts. I strongly recommend this place.

A piece of paradise!

My sister and I loved everything about this condo. It had location, location, location! Walks to beach and sunsets. We were a mile walk to st. Armand’s circle which we did every night. And the condo itself..impeccable. It had everything anyone would ever need or want. Thank you to our hosts!

The Chateau

I needed a get away and my four day stay at this VRBO was exactly what I needed. The condo is in a perfect location so close to the beach with so many shops and your choice of places to eat. I will definitely stay there again. They have everything you could possibly need to make your stay that much more enjoyable!

Cheryl and I have been friends for over 2 decades. We enjoy the weather and the beaches in Florida so we decided to purchase this cute condo by the beaches of Lido Key.

Why they chose this property

This property is so convenient as we often use Sarasota Airport. The proximity is optimum when you just want to get to the beach quickly without having to drive an hour from the Airport. Chateau Village is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities that I enjoy (ie: Biking, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Snorkeling and Diving).

Besides nightly sunsets on the beach, shopping and dining at nearby St. Armand's Circle, there is also kayaking, paddle boarding and bike rentals nearby
