Amazing location

This condo is smack in the middle of the awesomeness of St. Armands Circle with a 7 minute walk to beautiful Lido beach. We didn’t know much about the area before we got there since we were traveling for a sporting event, but we really lucked out and would stay again.

Great Location and Clean Unit!

We had a lovely stay. The location to St. Armand’s Circle and the beach was so convenient. The unit was well stocked with linens and household items to make easy living. The grounds were clean and quiet and we appreciated that very much. The saltwater pool was warm and clean. We definately will look to return here!

You can’t beat the location! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It could use an update and some TLC but it had the space that we needed with 2 little ones! Thank you for a great trip! We can’t wait to come back!

Terrific property and location for our family vacation

Perfect location for our family vacation with young children. We were within walking distance of the beach and all the restaurants that St. Armand’s offers. The pool was nice and big and the kids had a blast. The condo itself isn’t huge, but we were only there to sleep (since we spent most of our time at the pool or beach) so the size was just right for our needs. The management company was extremely responsive before our stay and when we lost keys in the ocean mid-stay. Highly recommend this property!

Great stay, condo was very clean and had every thing you needed. A little dated but a wonderful place. Management Co excellent,responded immediately when I needed a little help. Only problem, I would have rented again in 2019, but I was not give first refusal.

Perfect Location

Perfect location! Felt very comfortable with my three younger children alone as the area is extremely safe and the grounds are well-cared for. Large enough unit to accommodate us and kitchen well stocked. As with most value rentals, updates are needed but everything was clean and comfortable and the community pool is very welcoming with staff that works the building, permanent tenants, and visitors. The balcony was a nice addition this year in front of a very amazing tree. Close to walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Easy parking. Easy check in and out. This is our second year back to same location because we enjoyed it so much.

Great family get away

My Family and I stayed at this quaint little condo and enjoyed the location very much. The condo reminds me of the Golden Girls and my grandmother’s house. The size of the space was great. Parking space was unclear the first night to us, but we realized our mistake after reading the binder in the living room. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed visiting with the other homeowners and guests. My only concern is that the bathroom fans did not work and in a humid environment it made the bathroom feel musty. I highly recommend the location and the price was great for our family.

Loved the place- so clean!!! Only issue was lack of reply from mgmt company. I needed wifi for work and the password didn’t work. I placed numerous calls & no responses. If I didn’t have to work 2 days there, we wouldn’t have had any issues. Will definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We got off to a rocky start due to a delayed plane but the charm of our vacation spot soothed our hearts. The rental unit was clean,cozy and convenient. We could easily walk to the beach or to our favorite restaurant. The only reason I gave it four stars was because the unit could use some TLC. A paint touch up in the master bedroom and removal of some very worn chairs. Would I rent it again...Yes!. Also we experienced a blackout lasting about 25 min. A large flashlight for emergencies would be helpful. Another positive were the residents that live here were very friendly.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great! Pool was great! People were great! Shopping and restaurants were great! Beach was great! But this individual condo (11-B) itself was very worn and dated. The exception being the King bed which seemed newer and was comfortable, but unfortunately the guest beds didn't compare. In addition, there was torn furniture, peeling wallpaper, peeling paint, bathroom vanities had peeling laminate, kitchen sink ceramic wearing off, ceramic coating on edge of microwave has peeled away, rugs needed cleaning - all the furniture and decor in general was very dated. With some updating this condo could be a true gem!

Brilliantly Designed Property

Broken. Shredded umbrella unuseable...but property owners never get told and in honesty I got so busy trying to round people up to pack that I did not tell them either! The property was very clean. Close to all things. Easy to walk to the beach. Very comfortable for 4 of us. And quiet which we LOVE. Thank you property owners and VRBO for making this a great trip. The problem was that the lockbox was not on the door. And when we found it on the bottom of the rail, it took us many times to get it to open. And I've done lots of lockboxes in my time doing real estate, so perhaps it's the humidity! In any case, we got in and enjoyed it to the moon.

Kingston Arms

The location of this property is fantastic! We have stayed at this property before but not this unit. The unit was on the second floor I don’t believe this was disclosed. Older condos so there is no elevator. The unit was just okay. Ants in the kitchen and bedroom. Mgmt was attentive and came out with traps. Light in kitchen which was attached to a fan didn’t work. Other light fixtures w/ burnt out bulbs. The beds had dips in them very uncomfortable.

In desperate need of a refresh and deep cleaning

The location is everything that you could ask for. Check-in was fast and easy. It is a very quiet location. Upon arrival we found the unit to be in need of a serious refresh. The information folder had an incorrect password for the Wi-Fi and did not tell you which parking spot you should use. I called the number given and it took 2+ days to get a response back. The couch, love seat and bedroom recliners all had large tears in them. The kitchen had a steady stream of ants at all times. There were multiple burned-out bulbs in various rooms. In the 2nd bedroom it looked like someone had puked all down the side of the end table between the beds. There was what looked like blood on the door to that room as well. Its bathroom had broken cabinetry and was just dingy and dirty in general. I have stayed in multiple units in this complex and this has been by far the least desirable yet most expensive unit. Pictures in the listing definitely are not a good representation of this unit. With some refresh this unit could be a great rental, until then however, I would not recommend it. Overpriced for the condition of the rental.

Great vacation rental!

The pictures did not do it justice, in fact I would update them to show how nice everything was. The location was great, town was literally a walk around the corner a 1 minute walk. The beach was tops a 5 minute walk away. We preferred south Lido beach as we had kids and the shell hunting was amazing. That was approximately a 5 minute drive away. The condo unit had everything we needed to make the week great. We did some cooking inside and found what we needed to make it work. I wish it would have listed that you had a beach chair and boogey board as I did not see that and we took our own. But they did have that along with some sand toys which was fantastic. The shared laundry room was nice and you can download an app to keep track of how long it will take and pay.The pool and hot tub were fantastic and for the location, it was quiet.We did have an issue with the shower not working properly in the guest room while we were there. The renters did get it taken care of as quickly as they were able and they were easy to get ahold of.A couple of things we pointed out before we left and a couple of other things I thought of later were, the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were quite squeaky. No fans in the unit if you like to sleep with noise. Some beach towells would be nice to have on location to save room with packing. Also, brochures of different restaurants with menus and things to do in the area would have been nice. You did have a list of some things, but there is a ton more. Hope you don't mind but we left some that we gathered.Also the location of where the laundry room and where the big trash cans for the untis were located would have been handy. But honestly, those where such minor things over all the great things they had. I would go again and would highly recommend this unit.
