About this property

House over the sèvre

Small fisherman's house in the green Venice located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin in classified site. Property of 1100M with a house of 55M. In its very peaceful garden you will find a barbecue area, a hammock, a swing, a semi covered terrace, a hut for children.
Relaxing place conducive to bike rides, boat, hiking, fishing .. 30 minutes from La Rochelle, 1:03 Puy du Fou and 5 minutes from the nature pole of the Marais Poitevin.

NB: Cleaning is not included in the stay. If it is not done the cost will be 45 euros. The linen is provided with 30 euros extra.

séjour très agréable et au calme !

nous avons passé quelques jours dans la petite maison en plein coeur du marais poitevin, avec nos deux enfants de 7 mois. des vacances au calme et dans la nature. quasiment les pieds dans l'eau la petite maison était parfaite pour nous, une super terrasse pour de bonnes soirées à écouter les bruits de ce site magnifique, on a même eu le privilège d'une visite d'une biche !! merci Aline pour votre gentillesse !
