We stayed at Joyce’s lovely home for 4 nights Oct 2026. 2 mature couples. The home worked perfect for us. Kitchen was well stocked with all the wares one would need to cook breakfasts and even a supper! Very clean, very nicely decorated and location was spectacular! We went for wonderful walks and toured the Parksville area. Would absolutely come back to this home. Joyce left a lovely bottle of wine for our welcome and it was enjoyed by all! Joyce checked in on us to make sure our arrival was smooth! Highly recommend!

Joyce’s condo was perfect for our first visit to Parksville. Super clean, quiet, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and great views while relaxing on the balcony and the location was great for exploring the area. We had a wonderful time, and our visit was much too short. We hope to return someday.

This was our second time staying at one of Joyce’s properties - previously we stayed at the matching condo in the same complex. They are so beautiful! The views are amazing, and the condos are so well appointed. We loved being so close to Rathtrevor Beach and appreciated all the beach accessories, chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels - everything you need for a great stay! Joyce is so responsive as a host as well. We would highly recommend!

The ocean view from the kitchen, living room and bedroom was the best. The kitchen was well stock, nothing was missing. Furnishing were tastefully done and modern.Quiet area around the property and the patio was very nice for the morning coffee or relaxing at night. Thank-you , we enjoyed ourselves.C & L

We enjoyed the space and beautiful environment. It was fully loaded with all the essentials. It was very peaceful and the views were amazing. Everything flowed fairly seamlessly.One minor issue for the sleep environment was the pillows were needing to be refreshed in the guest queen room.. as they were quite flat. The master suite had nice pillows but quite hard and full/high. A couple more options would have been nice. We did hunt thought the spare ones. Good sleeps matter! Otherwise … all was lovely. We look forward to our return .

Great stay

Had a great stay, Joyce was great and easy to work with. The condo was great, amazing views. We love Parksville and the beach and Tanglewood is a great base for our family to spend a week at the beach.
