Old barn completely renovated in 2017 with apparent stones of a surface of 150m2 approximately, understanding: a rez of putting on with a big room to be lived 60m2 (cooks US entirely equipped) bathroom toilet, buanderie on the same level. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (4 double beds 140cm + 1 extra bed 1 person) and bathroom wc.
Outside: swimming pool 8 x 4 (unheated) on closed ground of 1000 m2 sported including a big terrace.
Ideal: 2 families (Couple with 2 children) possibility of an additional baby bed.
Facilities: Fans, TV, Internet connection, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Table football, Ping pong table, Sun lounger, Barbecue, Children's Games
Sheets and duvet provided + towels.
Animals not accepted.
Ideally located cottage: 15km from UZES (Duchy, Haribo factory, Nice market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, Pont du Gard site), 1 hour from the Mediterranean (beaches of Le Grau du Roi, La Grande Motte). The village is about 20 kms from the city of Nîmes known for its Maison Carrée and its bullring. Night market every Thursday night at NIMES.
Possibility to take the bikes for walks.
Small supermarket located on the village of Moussac with bakery (3km).

Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Südfrankreich genossen. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr sympathisch und das Haus absolut perfekt für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche) und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch Garten und Pool sind gepflegt und wunderschön. Klare Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé un super séjour , les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. la maison est très bien équipée et bien agencée , très agréable pour deux couples avec enfants ou en famille, beaucoup d’activités possible aux alentours.
