About this property

In the heart of Garrigue and the cicadas, villa with infinity pool and garden

This villa is the ideal stay for those who love nature. The cicadas shrilling and the sun will welcome you. Enjoy the wonderful view of the pine forest in front of the house.

Our house offers relaxation areas with an outdoor living area, a hammock, a covered barbecue and table, an exterior shower, and a garden with vegetables for your dishes.

You can also practice re sports such as boules on a perfect area under the shade of pine trees and going through the garden.

Ground floor: fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area with extensible table for 6 people, TV room (channels with subscription + videogame console), separate WC, and cellar.
Upstairs: three bedrooms with view of Garrigue and the pine trees (one bedroom opens into a dressing room); a shower room with shower, double bowl sinks, and separate WC.

A small intruder will accompany you during your stay. Moka, our cat, remains permanently in its snug. Do not worry about. The villa is equipped so that Moka is independent (croquettes dispenser and water cooler in the cellar). You will not have to do anything, except for a few caresses...

Un excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison, très propre, au calme. Nous avons pleinement profité en famille de la piscine, mais aussi des jeux de société, des livres et de la musique laissés à disposition par les hôtes. Nous avons facilement rayonné en voiture aux alentours pour découvrir Nimes et sa région. Les hôtes étaient présents pour les échanges de clés et très réactifs à nos questions au cours du séjour. Un grand MERCI à eux!

Séjour formidable

La maison de Fany et Julien est magnifique ! Elle est beaucoup plus grande que sur l’annonce, très bien décorée et équipée. Construite comme une grande cabane dans les arbres, sa terrasse immense avec piscine et dotée d’une vue à couper le souffle est un lieu de vie extraordinaire. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec 2 enfants de 12 et 15 ans qui ont adoré l’endroit. Nous étions à 10mn en voiture du centre de Nîmes et proche de toutes commodités. Merci encore pour ce formidable séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Excellent séjour dans un villa moderne

Maison très moderne, propre et bien équippée, dans un quartier calme. Très sympathiques propriétaires, qui prennent en compte les souhaits du client: on a même placé un lit avec largeur 180cm à notre demande. La piscine à côté de la terrasse, avec un système simple mais ingénieux pour nettoyer, nous a plu beaucoup. Merci de nous donner un séjour agréable.
