Charming villa in the Petite Camargue with 10-metre swimming pool

Located in the south of France, in Petite Camargue, between Nîmes (20 minutes) and Montpellier (30 minutes), 30 minutes from the beaches of La Grande Motte, Port Camargue and Grau du Roi, this family home of 144 m² is ideal to accommodate 2 families.
It is built on a closed ground of 685 m ² without opposite with barbecue, garden and a splendid swimming pool of 9.5 m long.
The 12 oleanders sprinkled here and there in the field will delight your eyes.
The house has an L shape that allows to isolate the "night part" of the living room. We have a very sunny property with south, south west exposure. At noon, there is shade under the blinds of the terrace or in the garden.
There is the possibility of parking two cars on the ground.

The villa is composed of an entrance hall which distributes:
a) on the left a very large air-conditioned living room of 55 m² with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, robot, mixer ... ).
b) on the right an air-conditioned corridor with:
- independent toilets
- a bathroom with corner bath, two sinks and a shower. A hair dryer will be available.
- A bedroom with a very comfortable double bed 2 meters long overlooking the pool to the south.
- A bedroom with a single loft bed overlooking the pool to the south.
- A bedroom with a single loft bed overlooking the garden to the west.

In the entrance hall, a staircase serves upstairs a fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a very comfortable double bed 1.90 meters long and a sofa bed for two additional people if necessary. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet and there is a table football.

At the bottom of the stairs, there is a garage where you will find the iron and its table, the vacuum cleaner, the washing machine, the two deckchairs, the hammock and the bicycles.

Mus is a small village very quiet and pleasant away from mass tourism. In the surroundings, olive trees, umbrella pines and vineyards offer all the beauty and pleasure of the Mediterranean climate. The villa is located in the center of the village and despite this, silence reigns day and night.

There is a petanque court 100 meters from the house, in the central square of the village. Bowls will be available on site.
There are many games for children.
There is internet and wi-fi.
There is a television.

Rental in summer from Saturday 16h to Saturday 10h.

And weekends (and long weekends) on request all year according to availability.
