Nach Annkunft wurden wir begrüßt und einmal schnell durch das Haus geführt. Leider nur auf Französisch.Uns dann aufgefallen wie Dreckig alles ist. Der Pool war grün gefärbt und sehr trüb. Man konnte den Boden nicht sehen und es waren an der Oberfläche schäumige Blasen zu sehen. An den Poolwänden war viel Dreck. Anscheinend war der Bademeister schon da und würde nochmal in 2 tagen kommen. Wir haben daraufhin den Pool selbst gereinigt. Als der Bademeister dann da war und vermutlich Chlor/Salz hinzugeben hatte, wurde der Pool tatsächlich klar. Der Pool kippte am Ende allerdings wieder.Im Haus ist uns aufgefallen, dass der Boden grundsätzlich leicht dreckig und saubig ist. In einem Bett haben wir Haare auf der Decke und auf dem Boden gefunden. Auf dem Wohnzimmerboden lag ein Fußnagel. Die Amaturen waren kalkig und siffig. Aus der obere Toilette ist Wasser ausgetreten. Die Dusche war gut, allerdings waren die Gummidichtungen schimmlig.Die Küche war gut ausgesattet, es hab unzähliges Geschirr in jeder moglicher Art. Der Kühlschrank war groß und geräumig. Die Geschirrspühlmaschine ist nicht wirklich funktionsfähig. Das merkt man auch an dem Geschirr das teils Dreckig eingeräumt ist. Es ist nur der unter Korb nutzbar.Das Geschirr wird im oberen Korb nicht sauber. Die Geschirrtüchter wurden uns dreckig hinterlassen. Es waren 2 Kameras im Haus, die wir abgehängt haben.Die Anlage hat Potenzial und eine tolle Lage. 2,5k p.W ist bei dieser Sauberkeit zu viel.

Tolle Location, Empfehlnswert für Familien

Wir verbrachten wirklich tolle Ferien in diesem Haus. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Aussenküche mit dem Grill. Das Haus an sich ist wirklich schön und ideal für einen Sommerurlaub. Der Host ist sehr freundlich und hat sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert.Es ist ein ruhiges, angehnehmes Quartier. Man kann im Quartier gut spazieren, joggen, oder mit dem Hund raus.

Grösseres klimatisiertes Haus mit Pool an ruhiger Lage, aber mangelhafter Sauberkeit

Unsere Bewertung zu einem gut gelegenen und geräumigen, klimatisierten Haus, das leider schmutzig und lieblos daherkommt und für viel Geld (€2500 pro Woche) vermietet wird. Küche war dreckig, es gab kein Putzmittel, keinen Lappen, keine Handseife. Die Oberflächen dreckig, Geschirrspüler hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Backofen dreckig. Die Betten waren spartanisch eingerichtet nur ein Bettlaken und ein Handtuch pro Person, lieblos. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ohne Fernbedienung, die haben wir zum Glück gefunden. Im Haus waren zwei Kameras installiert, die wir zugehängt haben; vor dem Haus war noch eine Kamera die zum Glück nicht auf den Poolbereich gezeigt hat. Wir wurden überhaupt nicht über die Kameras informiert, daher haben wir sie zu unserem Eigenschutz abgedeckt Der Pool war bei Ankunft (Samstag) grün, man hat den Boden nicht gesehen und es waren Wasserflöhe drin. Zum Unterhalt vom Pool kam ein Herr am Sonntag um 8.30 Uhr und hat 100 Kilo Salz in den Pool geschmissen. Er kam jeden Morgen unangemeldet auf das Grundstück und hat sich die Poolanlage angeschaut. Am letzten Tag am Freitag war der Pool endlich so klar, dass man den Boden sehen konnte. Es gab keine Information, dass man den Pool Roboter nicht nutzen soll. So hatten wir einen Stromausfall im gesamten Haus der nach 3 Stunden erst behoben werden konnte. Es gab keine Sonnenschirme; es gab keine Pool-Dusche, die bei einem Salzwasserpool extrem wichtig wäre; die Outdoorküche war dreckig und nicht nutzbar.

Das Haus und Pool sind wunderbar, gut gelegen und ruhig. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber Jean Mira ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Einzig die Sauberkeit könnte noch gesteigert werden. Der Rest war super und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ménages très mal fait. A l'arrivée meuble de cuisine gras Poussière sur les meubles et sur le parquet fu 1er étage. Présence de poil d'animaux dans la chambre parentale.

un grand merci

Une erreur de planning a fait que la propriété réservée n'était finalement pas disponible. Heureusement, Monsieur Mira, le propriétaire de la maison initialement louée s'est démené et nous a trouvé une location équivalente et a pris à sa charge les frais supplémentaires. Un grand merci à lui et un zéro pointé à Abritel qui lui avait conseillé lorsqu'il les a alerté (le jour même de notre arrivée) d'annuler notre réservation. Nous aurions été remboursée mais aurions fait 900 km pour rien, avec 3 enfants. Enfin bref, nous ne repasserons plus par Abritel mais Monsieur Mira est une personne d'une grande honnêteté grâce à qui nous avons pu passer de bonnes vacances.

Great location and property but could do with some TLC upstairs

With this house there are a range of positives and negatives and overall the positives out way the negatives. The property is on a substantial south facing plot with a good sized pool and masses of outdoor sitting, lounging and dining spaces more than ample for 6 guests. The property is located about 1.5km or 15 minute walk from the town centre in a beautifully quiet residential area, so the description of "just 2 steps from the centre" needs revising and as taxis are virtually none existent during the week, it might be an important factor if you have mobility problems or don't want to drive at night. Positives : Jean was very prompt in responding to emails prior to arrival, he was also very prompt in arriving to welcome us and show us around the property and quickly got us a second key, as we were two couples. The owner leaves you alone and doesn't disturb you whilst you are in the property. The ground floor is modern and well furnished. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with crockery and cutlery and glasses and every appliance you could want including a very large fridge freezer. The Weber gas bbq is top of the range and very efficient although very limited bbq cooking utensils. The property has air conditioning throughout The ground floor bedroom is modern with a lovely, if not quirky en-suite bathroom. The owners were very prompt in attending to major issues they were on site within the hour and the pool was in full working order by midday - you couldn't really ask for more Negatives The owner did not respond to the request for three light bulbs that weren't working, one being the main light in the third bedroom. The bedding smelt fusty and we had to wash and dry all the bedding to freshen it up, which made a massive difference. All the bedding could do with replacing for next season as they have seen better days. The first floor is looking tired and need of some TLC but we assume the owner will address this in the winter months, especially the bathroom, although the beds were comfortable. Limited wardrobes on the first floor with no coat hangers but a lovely separate lounge area. Nobody involved in the property speaks anything but French, so Google translator or a good grasp of French is essential although we got by, it was slightly frustrating when you had an issue. It would have been useful to have a handbook about the do's and dont's of the property and local attractions and a map. Having a guide to Montpellier, i
