Fabulous house

The facilities in the house were superb, with everything required for an enjoyable stay. Maryline is a great host and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this house for a holiday in the South of France.

The house was fantastic and so too was the garden and pool area. Perfect for our one month stay and plenty of room for us to spread out in. The host who was lovely lived locally and was on hand for any problems but there weren't any. The property is nicer than the pictures suggest and the house felt homely and loved. The village itself is clean, quiet and very safe. There is a boulangerie and supermarket 5 minutes away with a wonderful weekly market and further small shops and bars a further five minutes walk away. Highly recommended and we hope to return.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette magnifique maison avec une piscine de rêve. Tout s’est passé comme nous le souhaitions grâce à l’accueil et la gentillesse de Marie Line la propriétaire. Je recommande très vivement sans oublier la région qui est splendide. Merci infiniment pour ses vacances réussi.

Un vrai havre de paix

Maison très fonctionnelle, très agréable à vivre et idéalement placée entre les plages, les commerces et les accès (tram, gare, autoroute et aéroport). Une note particulière à l'aménagement extérieur avec une vrai cuisine d'été et de la verdure (assez rare dans ce quartier), la piscine et ses 2 grands palmiers complètent la tentation au farniente. Et enfin un grand merci pour l'accueil très chaleureux qui vous conforte dès le départ d'un séjour très agréable.

Première expérience sur Abritel et plutôt réussie! La location est conforme à la description. Très bon accueil de la part de Marilyn. 1 chambre parentale et une chambre enfant au rdc, une autre chambre parentale au 1er étage. 2 salles d’eau, 1 salle de bains, 3 toilettes. La clim. La piscine avec la cuisine d’été. Le wi-fi... des vacances de rêves avec des ados...

Tout en un idéal pour vacances en famille

Nous avons adoré : La maison spacieuse, très confortable et généreusement équipée pour tous vos besoins ! La magnifique cuisine d'extérieure, avec tous ses équipements nécessaires qui vous feront passer vos journées dehors du matin au soir ! La superbe piscine exposée plein sud... Bronzage garantie ! La grande terrasse ombragée pour vos moments de détente ! La proximité avec toutes les commodités : centre ville, plage, port de Carnon, tramway... Le tout accessible via pistes cyclables ! L'environnement extrêmement calme et paisible ! Le très agréable et chaleureux accueil de Maryline !!! Nous avons moins aimé : Les moustiques ! La région en est malheureusement infestée, prévoir les lotions répulsives... Pour conclure : grosse boule au ventre lorsqu'il a fallu refaire les valises en fin de séjour... Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhigem Viertel

Sehr nette und bemühte Besitzerin, die normalerweise selber in dem Haus wohnt, weshalb das Haus sehr viel Comfort und liebevolle Details bietet. Ein Bäcker, Supermarkt und Apotheke sind in Fussnähe. Auto wäre bei der Hauslage erforderlich. Im Hochsommer ist das Schlafzimmer oben allerdings sehr warm und kann mit dem Ventilator nicht wirklich abgekühlt werden. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder im Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Bar draußen war für die Kinder der Hit, dazu gibt es draußen noch einen elektrischen Wok! Die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und viel Kultur! Für Radtoure ist die Gegend nicht so geeignet, da bietet die Atlantische Küste mehr Möglicheiten.

A LA HAUTEUR DE NOS ATTENTES

Séjour en famille grands parents-parents et enfants,nous avons loué 15 jours. La maison est en excellent état l’accueil de la propriétaire de 1er ordre un cadeau de bienvenue, piscine parfaite et bien entretenue, maison bien conçue car possibilité d'avoir 2 familles sans s'en rendre compte ( 3 chambres ,2 sdb, 3 wc), équipement bien ajusté en fonction du nombre de personnes L'endroit le plus festif : la cuisine d'été au look très moderne adaptée à toutes les circonstances pour de bons apéros, la plancha, le café du matin.......De bonnes surprises : des vélos à dispo, jouets de plage et accessoires de piscine, jeux de société et livres en pagailles pour tous les goûts. Le must : 5 mn pour aller sur les plus belles plages de la région.Pour l'ambiance vous avez le choix sur un rayon de 3 à 6 kms. Bref le compromis prix et qualité est respecté et notre hôtesse Maryline au top. A recommander

Confortable et paisible!

Nous avons passé des vacances confortables et paisibles dans cette jolie maison. Le jardin est bien entretenu, la piscine ensoleillée du matin au soir, de la literie de qualité, une configuration qui a permis à chacun de s'isoler et se reposer au calme. Nous avons aimé la proximité des plages, des commerces, des activités... de belles vacances! Nous y reviendrons.

Souvenirs de Paradis

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette belle maison très confortable, avec de belles prestations. En étant 6 (4 adultes et 2 enfants), chacun a pu profiter de son espace et son confort avec les 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain. La cuisine d'été, les espaces "apéritif-repas" ou "détente" que l'on choisit au grès de ses envies autour de la piscine, nous ont fait passer de merveilleux moments dans la journée et la soirée. Et le jardin sans vis à vis est un havre de paix dans ce quartier résidentiel, très calme. La proximité des plages pour le bain de mer du matin, et du parcours de santé pour le footing du soir. Super ! De la part des propriétaires, un accueil très chaleureux et des informations utiles pour découvrir cette belle région. Sans aucun doute, nous recommandons cette location de vacances aux personnes qui recherchent le calme et la douceur de vivre.
