Stone house on 6 hectares closed pool with a private river. Covered terraces surround the house. A wide staircase from the terraces provides access to the infinity pool 18 meters long and 8 wide. Nearby is a stone hunting lodge of moderate comfort can accommodate 2 additional people. For lovers of nature and fishing a private river borders the property; canoes are available. The property has outbuildings that can shelter bicycles, surfboards. Villa located near Montpellier (5km), on 6 hectare property fully enclosed. The villa is air-conditioned and includes a living room of 80 m2 with flat screen, DVD satellite and canal plus, a kitchen of 30 m2 with induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, ice machine, coffee maker, fridge , freezer, granite worktop and flat screen. 3 suites of 45 m2 with private bathrooms with TV or flat screen, and a room with double bed. Space with washing machine and ironing board.

Perfect & peaceful location

From booking, communication with the owners was excellent. The property is very secure and in beautifully tranquil surroundings. The pool is absolutely huge and the property had everything we could have wanted. We had a nice greeting when we arrived and everything was explained. Even allowed to charge my EV whilst there. Highly recommended for getting away from it all. Supermarkets are only a short drive away in Fabeques.

Fabulous place, ideal location (5 minutes in the car to town), literally could not fault it. Owners made us welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay - including the dogs who had lovely walks in the grounds and swims in the river that runs alongside. Definitely want to go back next year - 5 star.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans la maison et avons immédiatement reçu une visite complète des lieux. La communication avec le propriétaire avant notre arrivée s’est également très bien passée.La maison est magnifique et était parfaitement propre. Les chambres sont toutes bien équipées avec des serviettes et du linge de lit frais. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et chaque chambre peut être obscurcie grâce aux volets roulants.Le domaine est très grand et superbe, nos chiens s’y sont bien amusés. La piscine est agréable et à bonne température, mais le fond présente par endroits quelques défauts qui peuvent blesser légèrement les pieds.La cuisine est bien équipée, même si nous avons un peu manqué de petits bols et d’une paire de ciseaux. Le lave-vaisselle ne nettoie pas toujours parfaitement. L’eau a une odeur et une couleur légèrement rouillée, nous ne la recommanderions pas pour la consommation.Nous ne conseillons pas non plus l’utilisation de la machine à laver : malheureusement, plusieurs de nos vêtements sont ressortis avec des taches de rouille.Chaque matin, il fallait faire attention sur la terrasse, car le chien du fils avait uriné pendant la nuit – ce qui n’était pas idéal avec de jeunes enfants qui rampent.Il y a une boulangerie et un Lidl tout près, et la mer se trouve à environ 20 minutes. Sur les conseils de Laurent, nous sommes allés au marché de Lattes : une belle découverte !Malgré quelques points d’amélioration possible, c’était bien!

Gite super !!!

Nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires dans un gite agréable et spacieux, et dans un cadre d'exception. L'environnement est dépaysant et très calme, propice aux balades. Nous avons profité de la piscine malgré la température de l'eau un peu fraîche. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Accueil cordial des propriétaires sympathiques et discrets. A refaire l'année prochaine si tout va bien. Nous recommandons vivement la location de ce gite.

Sehr schöner Sommerurlaub mit der Familie

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit in dieser sehr schönen Villa genossen. Der traumhaft schöne Pool ist gigantisch, es gibt ganz in der Nähe einen tollen Bäcker, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und können mit guten Gewissen die Villa empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit viel Platz und Ruhe

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und großzügig gebaut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Räume sind klimatisiert, der Pool ist beheizt und sehr sauber. Das Gelände ist sicher durch ein Tor und groß. Man kann von hier aus wandern. Wenn man an die andere Seite des Flusses geht, kann man am Fluss oder oberhalb auf dem felsigen Grund lange wandern - bis zum Mittelmeer. Der Fluss hat viele Fische, die Umgebung vielerlei Vögel und Pflanzen. Es ist durch und durch erholsam. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, man vermisst nichts. Selbst an Nahrungsmittel haben die Vermieter gedacht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden, eine Waschmaschine ebenfalls. Das Auto kann im Gelände oder in der Garage im Haus abgestellt werden. Das Ferienhaus ist für Familien mit älteren Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Für Klein- und Vorschulkinder ist es aufgrund der Treppen, Absätze und des großen Geländes weniger zu empfehlen. Wir hatten mit der Vermieterin einen guten Kontakt während unseres Aufenthaltes und es wurden alle Fragen und Anliegen schnell geklärt. Wir fühlten uns willkommen, frische Blumen begrüßten uns auf dem Tisch im Salon. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Great space and outside area!

The house is spacious and well equipped in a lovely green area. I would describe it as well used, but everything is functional. Aircon worked well. Main plus points are the size of the house, the pool area is nice and private and everything worked. Kids loved the table tennis, even if the table was very wonky. The less good points was that dog next door woke us up a few mornings barking and frequently turned up in the garden, so beware if kids are afraid of dogs. The pool cleaner robot was not working and got taken for repair meaning the pool got a bit green in places by the end of the week. Pool also required some repairs in places. Owners son was on hand for questions and gave a good intro to the house. No manual around but all relatively straight forward. Overall a great stay!

Traumhafter Garten und Pool

Das Objekt war genauso, wie beschrieben. Der Eigentümer hat uns herzlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Unsere Enkelkinder haben den beheizten Pool geliebt. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß ... sowie das Haus. Für die Anzahl an 8 Personen absolut mehr als genug. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und eine top Erholung. Vielen Dank an Laurent. Grüße

Schöne Liegenschaft an ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig gebaut, die Räume sind alle sehr gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen, es sind ca. 15 Hektaren Land. Es gibt viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten im und ums Haus. Es gibt sehr viele kleinere Mängel im und am Haus, der Rest des Hauses lassen diese aber sehr schnell vergessen. Es sind Kleinigkeiten. Wir würden das Objekt wieder buchen.

ein toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern Ende August / Anfang September. Das Haus ist sehr weitläufig und jeder hat ausreichend Platz. Sensationell ist der große Pool und der Blick daraus von der Terrasse. Auch das Bächlein Mosson ist wunderschön anzusehen, wir waren ab und an mit einer kleinen Barke darauf unterwegs.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir konnten unseren 3 Wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr geniessen. Das Haus ist riesig und bietet genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten f0r jedermann. Der Pool ist gigantisch und dank des abschüssigen Bodens auch für Kinder optimal geeignet. Die Schlüsselübergabe sowie Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei. Ein Stern Abzug geben wir für das zum Teil alte Mobiliar welches auseinanderfällt und dringend ersetzt werden sollte. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedoch ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen.

Heerlijke ruime rustige vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht

We hebben genoten van de ruime woning, het prachtige zwembad gelegen op een enorm stuk grond waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen. Misschien wat minder geschikt voor hele kleine kinderen, omdat er veel trappen zijn en een open balustrade. Maar wij hebben er intens genoten en we zouden er best nog een keer naar toe willen gaan.
