200 m² house with a 1100 m² garden with trees and swimming pool covered by a dome (security + heat guaranteed !!!)
A 75 m² living space, an equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and a shaded terrace with barbecue
Typical village of the region of Montpellier whose height allows to enjoy a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the surrounding villages up to the sea.
Village with all the amenities for a tourist stay (Post office, Supermarket, Pharmacy, newsagent ...)
10 minutes by car from Montpellier (bus, tram)
5 minutes walk from the village center and the garrigue
20 minutes by car from the beach
Piano at your disposal as well as two adult hybrid bikes with baby carrier seat.
You will also meet our two turtles!
You will have all the necessary equipment for children (crib, changing table, toys, sandbox, swings with slide ...).
