Beautiful single storey villa, located on top of a hill, in the heart of the scrubland; it enjoys a total sunshine, an exceptional view on the Pic St Loup, the Castle of Montferrand and the cliffs of Hortus.
Near Montpellier (20km) with swimming pool, sleeps 8 (no overtaking possible)
Private land of 10000m2, part of which is pebbled, not fenced, not overlooked, the guarantee of calm holidays
Large terraces: two facing south west overlooking the valley of Pic Saint Loup - the other on the edge of the cliff adjoining the infinity pool.
A large outdoor dining table under the stars with lighting in the surrounding trees.
An infinity pool secured by alarm.

The house, 170m2, is located 2 minutes drive from the village which has all the shops, restaurants, bakeries etc.
It consists of a living room dining kitchen area of 70 m2 - 4 bedrooms including a parent with en suite shower room - 1 bathroom with toilet + separate toilet.
It is equipped with all the usual comforts: dishwashing machines and linen, freezer large fridge, oven, TV etc ..............
Access stony path, high car recommended.
