In a residential area, rent new contemporary house any comfort of 60 m2 without opposite in a very raised garden, in peace and with the advantage of being close to the town center. You will find a haven of peace combining rest by the pool and activities on site or nearby. The house consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a wall-mounted TV, adjoining a dressing room.
A living room with a sofa bed (2 places) TV, wi-fi, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine ...) open on the living room with a large bay window overlooking the garden.
A bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet.
The house overlooks a large terrace equipped with an umbrella ideal for enjoying meals with family half shade, half sun.
A summer kitchen near the pool allows you to fully enjoy the outdoors. You will find available: barbecue, plancha, fryer, sink ....
... and for the happiness of adults and children, everything is planned for family life: trampoline, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, darts, petanque.
The little extra after a nice day by the pool or a tourist day is to enjoy the moment of relaxation in the jacuzzi with jet massage.
The exceptional location of the house west of Nîmes allows both to enjoy the center of Nîmes with its bullring, its square house and the Tourmagne and at the same time you are at the doors of the Cévennes (Anduze, saint Jean du Gard, Mount Lozère) of the scrubland (Uzès, the Pont du Gard), the sea (the Grau du Roi, Aigues Mortes, the Saintes Maries de la Mer) or the river (Roach, Mialet, Collias).

A fantastic property with an amazing outdoor area in which to relax after days out exploring the beautiful region. Perrine and Luc could not have been more warm or welcoming in addition to giving us some great tips for days out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

Excellent location for exploring centre of Nimes and the wider region. The villa is superb, a beautiful modern building, and the grounds it is in immaculate. Two comfortable seating areas. Hs a good sized pool and a hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. The host Perrine makes every effort to ensure you have an enjoyable stay, is very attentive and friendly without being in any way intrusive. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Hosts and Location

We had a lovely stay in the maison carree. The property was very stylisch, clean and a very good starting point for excursions into the Region. Perrine and Luc werde marvellous hosts. We will try to come back!

Perrine made us feel very welcome and was extremely helpful but also gave us complete privacy. She was very friendly and spoke excellent English.The villa is luxurious and very comfortable.The terrace is great with a lovely pool,hot tub and various seating areas some in the sun and others in the shade.A peaceful place to stay near a beautiful city and lovely beaches.Love it so much we are going again later this year.Thank you Perrine for a lovely holiday.

Lovely stay at Perrine & Luc's

Property had everything we needed and the garden was gorgeous! Perrine, Luc and family were lovely and it was a pleasure to meet them all. They gave us total privacy to enjoy ourselves, while making sure we were well looked after and had all we could want. Would recommend all to stay! The perfect Southern France family vacation spot

This wonderful house and all the amenities have given us such a wonderful family vacation at our first time in Southern France. The house, bedroom(s), bathroom and most of all the terrific terrace, garden, pool, jacuzzi are phantastic. Everything is modern, functional and beautiful. And Perrine the host is so lovely - the communications beforehand was great. And we were welcomed in such a lovely and helpful way. Perrine took a lot of time to explain everything and give lots of tips. Thank you so much for everything! And last not least... super close by is a large grocery store and it is very handy to get to the city center via bus (just 2mins to the bus stop - then a less than 10min ride). We highly recommend Perrine's beautiful house :-)

We had a perfect stay at this beautiful property in Nîmes. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was ideal for exploring the city and the surrounding areas. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, providing great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Super acceuil et endroit. Vrai petit parenthèse au calme avec notre loulou de deux ans. Nombreuses attentions pour lui. Nous nous sommes très vite senti comme à la maison avec beaucoup de possibilités d'occupations sur place ( basket,trampoline,table de ping pong, flechettes). Supermarché et boulangerie à deux pas ainsi que le centre de Nimes. Eine tolle Zeit!!!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft von Perrine und Luc sehr genossen! Das Haus hat ein tolles Design, ist schön eingerichtet und sauber, was uns sehr wichtig war. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war sehr oft benutzt bei den warmen Temperaturen. Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum ist auch sehr vorteilhaft. Eine wärmste Empfehlung der Unterkunft unsererseits!!

Juste parfait

Tout commence par l'échange cordial de quelques messages. Les propriétaires (Perrine et Luc) ont réussi à trouver une solution vis à vis de notre jour d'arrivée et de départ non conventionnel. Arrivée ds la location, soleil magnifique, piscine et jacuzzi accueillants, frigo pré rempli de qques boissons fraîches. Ensuite que du bonheur. Le temps de trouver ses marques, ralentir, profiter du grand confort des lieux (plancha, bbq, piscine, jacuzzi, airco dans l'appart venant à point tellement il faisait chaud. Endroit central pour rayonner ds les Cevennes et en Camargue. Et puis revenir piquer une tête dans la piscine pour se refroidir. À noter comme point d'attention, nos amis les moustiques étaient nos invités tous les soirs. Mais on s'en accommode vite. Compte tenu du petit paradis dans lequel nous logions. Pourvu de diverses solutions répulsives antimoustique. Malheureusement, toutes les bonnes choses ont hélas une fin. Il fallait repartir un jour. Mais pour mieux revenir l'année prochaine !?! Grand merci à Perrine et Luc pour l'accueil et votre sympathie. Nous avons passé de super vacances!

A peine arrivé nous avons constaté le dévouement des hôtes Perrine et Luc. Très accueillant et soucieux du bon séjour de leur vacanciers, ils sont disponibles à tout moment pour répondre à vos besoins. L endroit est très sympa et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les points vraiment Positif sont les suivants : calme, climatisation, jacuzzi, superbe terrasse et piscine. De plus un endroit sécurisé pour le véhicule. Très beaux extérieurs

Logement parfait pour ns 2. Ravis d’avoir eu la climatisation en ce mois d’août. Avec une eau à 42°, le spa sera pour une autre saison ;) , ainsi que les autres loisirs extérieurs mis à disposition. Évidemment, la piscine elle, n’a pas été ignorée. Très bon accueil de Perrine, pleine d’énergie. Nous avons apprécié qu’elle ns ait proposé la location du dimanche au dimanche.

Merci à Perrine pour votre accueil chaleureux !! Merci également pour votre discrétion. Location au top, un petit coin de paradis au milieu de Nîmes !! Tout est fait pour le confort des locataires. Le studio est très confortable et bien équipé. L'extérieur est superbe et bien aménagé avec piscine, spa et grande terrasse, tout pour passer de bons moments de détente et pour profiter du beau temps. Le quartier est calme. Bref c'est une adresse que nous gardons et que nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé un week-end à 4 adultes dans cette jolie villa, à aucun moment nous nous sommes retrouvés à l'étroit.
