Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the sun and quiet, this house, located in the Nîmes garrigue, 10 minutes from downtown, has a 3000m2 of land at the bottom of a dead end, a infinity pool with beaches and a popular terrace for lunch as the evening.
Besides the quiet, visitors especially enjoy the large living room overlooking the terrace, pool and garden.
Nîmes whose center is 10mm offers a great touristic interest (monuments, festivals, markets)
You can also discover Uzes, the Pont du Gard, Avignon, Arles, the beaches, the Camargue and the Cévennes which is between 20 and 60mm car.

Magnifique maison pour un séjour parfait

Nous avons été accueilli par une famille chaleureuse et sympathique ce qui annonçait de très bonnes vacances. Nous avons pu profiter au maximum de cette superbe villa, tant à l’intérieur avec des équipements haut de gamme et une jolie décoration qu’à l’extérieur avec les nombreux espaces verts et cette magnifique piscine complétée par un jacuzzi tres apprécié en fin de journée. Notre fille, tout juste âgée d’1 an a pu gambader dans tous les espaces de cette maison sans risque. En bref, endroit idéal pour des vacances paisibles en famille, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich von Stéphanie und ihrem Mann begrüßt und alles in Haus und Garten erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Küche ist top ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und es ist reichlich Platz vorhanden. Schöne Terrasse mit ausreichend Schatten. Pool ist sehr angenehm und hat uns nach unseren Ausflügen viel Freude bereitet. Der Garten ist groß und bietet viele nette Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, dennoch ist man in 10 min. mit dem Auto in Nîmes. Auch im Umkreis von einer Stunde sind zahlreiche Ausflugsziele zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmals an unsere lieben Gastgeber!

Magnifique!

Superbe villa ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans la maison de Stéphanie et Vincent qui nous ont réservé à notre arrivée un accueil plus que chaleureux avec de petites attentions que nous avons beaucoup appréciées (bouteilles d’eau au frais, une bouteille de bienvenue, mise à notre disposition de leur « épicerie » …). L’équipement de la maison intérieur comme extérieur est remarquable et rien ne manque. De plus la propreté et irréprochable ! Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

We had a very good time in Nimes!

We were received by the very friendly owners of the house to take us from the highway to the Villa. The house is equipped with whatever one needs (and even more!) for a recreative holiday. Everything is modern, the garden and the pool are in a very good shape. The house is not to far from the City centre and anyhow in a silent and pleasant location. We stayed in the Villa as a family of six, accompanied by our dog, and had a very good time. Therefore we absolutely do recommend this location.

Il n'y a pas de surprise à l'arrivée, les photos sur le site correspondent tout à fait à la maison. très bien située par rapport au centre de Nimes, et dans un quartier très calme. location très bien équipée, et bien conçue. les propriétaires sont très sympathique.

Location qui correspond à 100% aux photos et au descriptif! pas de mauvaises surprises! la maison est hyper équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. La literie et les sanitaires sont vraiment nickels. les propriétaires vous accueillent avec un panier de produits locaux + toutes une série de conseils sur la région! super La situation de la maison est au calme et sans vis à vis! Etant située sur les hauteurs de nimes l'accès à l'arriere pays et aux villages du coin est direct une tres belle maison qui en ravira plus d'un .

La location est fort agréable , elle est située à proximité du centre ville et dans la campagne avec un silence reposant , seulement bercé par la piscine à débordement ! Tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour , la location est arrangée avec goût , tout est propre et fonctionnel , de nombreux endroits à l'extérieur permettent de profiter de l'ombre ou du soleil , la piscine est chauffée ! La maison est parfaitement équipée , il ne manque rien et les propriétaires sont des gens sympathiques qui laissent tout à disposition des locataires ! La décoration est soignée et le seul point négatif c'est que les 15 jours passent trop vite !On se sent tout de suite chez soi dans cette maison et on a envie d'y revenir car elle est à proximité de beaucoup de destinations sympathiques !
