Nimes in the heart of the scrubland, large mazet renovated with private pool.

This former mazet, typical southern building, has been renovated in a contemporary spirit while keeping a warm and friendly spirit.
Facing south, the house overlooks the large shaded terrace, ideal for convivial meals. The ground, raised, kept its spirit scrubland with its Mediterranean essences and its walls of stones. A swimming pool, a trampoline, a ping pong table, a hut, children's games, a charcoal barbecue and a plancha complete the equipment so that young and old can fully enjoy the outdoors.
Regarding the house, it consists of a living room dining room connected to the kitchen, a TV room and three bedrooms. The bedroom of the 1st is air-conditioned and has a bathroom, a toilet and a bed 140X200.
The large room to the south is also air-conditioned and has a bed 160X200.
Finally the 3rd bedroom has a bed 160X200.
Finally the exceptional rental of mazet allows both to enjoy Nîmes but also the area with the sea and the Cevennes within an hour drive.

July holiday

We have stayed in many houses in France over the years but this one is by far the most perfect. It is even more lovely than the photos suggest and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The hosts, Jérôme and Julia, are friendly and welcoming and available should you need anything. We loved our two weeks here and were sad to leave. If you are thinking about booking a stay here then do it, immediately!

Séjour parfait ! Jerome et Julia nous ont chaleureusement accueillis dans une maison parfaitement conforme à sa description. Tout était très propre, très confortable dans la maison. Le magnifique jardin aux mille et un cactus ainsi que la piscine étaient très agréables. À noter que le quartier est très calme ce qui a comblé nos attentes pour ces 2 semaines de vacances en famille. Une très belle adresse et des hôtes fabuleux.

Een klein paradijs verscholen in Nimes

Wat een geweldig huis, in werkelijkheid nog mooier dan de foto’s laten zien. We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen door Jerome, Julia en hun dochter. Een duidelijke uitleg van het huis en via Whatsapp was de communicatie altijd heel fijn. We hebben genoten van de ruime tuin, het zwembad en de meer dan complete uitrusting van het huis. Het huis is zorgvuldig en smaakvol ingericht waardoor we ons heel snel thuis voelden. Het enig is dat je wel de auto (of OV) nodig hebt om Nimes in te gaan (Parkeren is prima te doen aan de straat (betaald) of in de parkeergarage). Lopen is net te ver met de kids. Maar verder is het echt een topverblijf geweest. Wij komen zeker terug als we weer een vakantie in Le Gard gaan plannen. Nogmaals dank Jerome en Julia voor jullie gastvrijheid 🙏

Wij hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf achter de rug in deze charmante en karaktervolle vakantiewoning. Julia en Jérôme zijn erg aangename verhuurders die steeds klaarstaan voor hun gasten. We hebben genoten van de rust, het heerlijke zwembad en dat alles op een boogscheut van het bruisende Nîmes. Zeker een aanrader!

Une villa, un cadre magnifique et au calme!

Chez Julia et Jérôme , ce sont les vacances, les vraies ! Des hôtes extrêmement gentils, sympathiques et accueillants !!! La maison est très bien pensée, agréable, aménagée et décorée avec goût dans un "esprit ZEN". Le jardin et la piscine (juste sublime y compris la nuit) sont parfaits pour une famille avec enfants. Bref, nous avons passé un délicieux moment en famille durant ces deux semaines Julia, Jérôme, au plaisir de vous revoir!

Toller und entspannter Familienurlaub in wunderschönem Haus

Wir sagen nochmal herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Sehr nette Vermieter, die einem gerne Tipps für Ausflüge, den nächsten Bäcker etc. geben. Liebevoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Bestens ausgestattet, wer gerne kocht und grillt hat alle Möglichkeiten. Mehrere schöne Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten, toller Pool. Schöne Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Cevennen und die Camarque. Auch Nimes selbst ist interessant und auch fußläufig (ca. 30 Min. pro Strecke mit Kindern) zu erreichen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wenn wir nochmal einen Urlaub in diese Region planen, dann sicher wieder hierher. Beste Grüße

Top Haus in ruhiger Lage

Alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Gute Ausstattung und alles sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Außenbereich und Pool laden zum Relaxen nach Ausflügen in der Umgebung ein. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Bei Rückfragen wurde immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Kann das Haus nur empfehlen!

Traumhafter Urlaub in großartigem Haus

Das Haus der Familie Lacombe lässt keine Wünsche offen: ein großer, eingezäunter Garten mit Pool und großzügiger Terasse, unheimlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr stylisch! Die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr gehoben und in Küche & Co. findet sich alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist toll: lokale Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Apotheke, Tankstelle & Co. sind mit dem Auto in maximal 5 Minuten erreichbar und wenn man mobil ist, kann man tolle Ausflüge in nahegelegene Städte und französische Dörfer machen, wie Avignon, St. Remy, Tarascon,... Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert, schnell und überaus freundlich ebenso wie die nette Einweisung des Ehepaars bei Ankunft! Wir hatten einen rundum fantastischen Urlaub und sind immer noch sehr begeistert. Vielen Dank liebe Familie Lacombe!

Sehr entspannte Ferien

Wir haben hier einen herrlichen Familienurlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig oberhalb auf den Hügeln von Nimes, wo es auch noch bei größerer Hitze luftiger bleibt. Nimes erreicht man am einfachsten per Auto, da vor allem der Rückweg steil ansteigt; einen ersten Bäcker erreicht man so bereits in 2 Minuten. Mit seinem sehr angenehmen Pool und seinem großen Garten kann man auf dem Grundstück ebenso einfach relaxen wie von hier aus die Gegend erkunden, die in alle Himmelsrichtungen zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet. Die sehr netten und entgegenkommenden Vermieter beraten einen hierzu gerne, halten im Haus eine Reihe von Prospekten bereit und sind auch sonst per email oder Handy stets prompt und hilfsbereit erreichbar, wenn zwischendurch irgendwelche Fragen auftreten. Haus und Grundstück sind insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei, Internet ebenso. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne und erholsame Unterkunft, die wir sicherlich wieder einmal buchen werden.

Fantastisch

Wir hatten in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool einen großartigen Urlaub. Die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ebenso wie der Rest des Hauses, alles ist sehr individuell und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Für 6 Erwachsene (3 Paare) war die Zimmeraufteilung und die Größe perfekt. Das Zentrum von Nîmes ist in etwa 30-45 min zu Fuß gut erreichbar, trotzdem ist das Haus ruhig gelegen. Ein kleiner Laden mit angeschlossenem lokalem Bäcker ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage bietet einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge (Camargue, Pont du Gard, Avignon, Arles, Uzès,....). Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet und Restaurant-Tipps gabs auch noch dazu ;-). Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub!

Wunderschöne Woche in Nimes

Das Ferienobjekt ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es sind alle Gegenstände vorhanden und es fehlte wirklich an nichts (Grill, Lüfter, Klimaanlage, Poolspielzeug, Küchenutensilien u.s.w.) Die Begrüßung und Einweisung wurde das super nette Vermieterehepaar selbst durchgeführt. Es wurde alles sorgfältig erklärt und gezeigt und somit stand dem Urlaub nichts mehr entgegen. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight des Hauses, aber auch die Tischtennisplatte war bei den Kids sehr beliebt. Das Haus liegt zentral für viele Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, wobei ein PKW von Vorteil ist. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an die Vermieter für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Perfekt!

Ein perfektes Ferienhaus für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden und das Internet funktionierte zur Freude unserer Kinder bestens. Der Garten und der Pool sind im Sommer herrlich! Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen für viele Ausflüge: Avignon, Pont du Gard, Uzés, Aigues-Mortes, südl. Cevennen... Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert!

La location est conforme aux photos, très bien équipée, calme et le jardin est très agréable. La piscine n'est pas du luxe dans une région très ensoleillée. Sur les hauteurs de Nîmes, la propriété est très bien aérée. C'est un excellent point de départ pour différentes activités, mer, randos (les Cévennes), visites diverses de sites historiques. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants, nous recommandons cette location.

Maison idéale pour des vacances tranquilles

La location correspond exactement a la description des propriétaires et aux photos.. Idéalement située près du centre ville, au calme sur les hauteurs de Nîmes, la maison étant celle des propriétaires est agencée comme chez soi, il ne manque rien. Les deux terrasses sont très agréables et la piscine devant la maison appréciable. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et avaient mis a notre disposition toutes les brochures possibles sur les activités aux alentours de Nîmes, qui nous ont été très utiles. Ils nous ont également aidé sur les choix de restaurants. Nous recommandons cette location a nos amis et y reviendrons avec plaisir.
