About this property

New comfortable house with the charm of the old, swimming pool 13m / 3. 5

In a small picturesque village with its old washhouse and vegetable gardens, you will appreciate the comfort of this new house with the charm of the old. Located on the top of the hill you have a clear view of Uzès and its countryside.
The swimming pool of 13 meters by 3.5 m, fully fenced, will allow you to enjoy swimming in complete safety. it is shallow at first and the little ones love it! New in 2016: a bubble cover on the pool saves a few degrees of heat for swimming longer in the season.
This house is our home, so it is very well equipped, whether it be appliances, dishes, furniture or bedding .... air conditioning and mosquito nets in the rooms. High chair, cot and baby bath available if required.
On the ground floor:
 a large living room with open kitchen (and back kitchen) dining room, living room and toilet.
Upstairs:
The first bedroom is a master suite with its own shower room and toilet.
The second bedroom has a 160 cm bed.
The third bedroom has two 90 cm beds that can be joined or separated as needed.
a bathroom and toilet.
Each bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a walk-in shower and an independent toilet.
The 1200 m² plot is completely fenced and closed by an electric gate. The garden is equipped with automatic watering and the maintenance of the swimming pool is carried out once a week.
As soon as you leave the house you can take marked hiking trails that guide you through the scrubland and its Provencal scents or around the Alzon (very small river).

Once again we enjoyed staying in the house.

Everything worked very well in this beautiful house. The kitchen is superb; the living room very roomy. The big terrace very nice with several sitting- and eating areas. Veronique and her family are always helpful. We enjoyed staying there.

Once again, we enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing qualities of this property and the surrounding towns of Uzès and Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie. Great kitchen, wonderful gathering areas both inside and outside the house, and at the pool. The host, Véronique, is extremely responsive and gracious. For us it's a great place for a summer vacation.

we, a group of four, had a great time at Véroniques place. everything was as advertised and what he hoped for, the house is lovely and contains everything you need. the area is very quiet, the only noise was the dog next door howling at the full moon :-) Véronique and her husband were very nice and uncomplicated hosts. First class vacation home with a view.

My family and I love our annual two weeks of vacation at this beautiful house in Vallabrix. We have space to be together, to be private, to be swimming in the pool and to be enjoying the beautiful garden. The house has everything we need: wonderful living and dining rooms, very comfortable and cool bedrooms, top notch bathrooms and a kitchen that has everything you need for the preparation of your meals. Our host is very helpful, caring, responsive and very patient. For all these reasons we already now look forward to our stay next year.

Geweldig verblijf. We waren wat vroeger bij het huis en mochten ook sneller inchecken. Het contact met Veronique verliep zeer vlot!We verbleven er een week. 4 volwassenen en 1 kind van 3j. Er was aan alles gedacht!- zeer uitgeruste keuken- veeeeel speelgoed voor kinderen van alle leeftijden - garage om onze elektrische fietsen te stallen- in en om het huis hekjes, veilig voor kleine kinderen!!- airco in de kamers- zalig zwembad, voldoende ligzetels- veel plekjes om fijn te vertoeven in en rond het huis- …In de buurt kan je heel mooie fietstochten maken!Uzès, Saint Content de Potterie,… hele leuke plekjes om te bezoeken!In Vallabrix zelf: charmant dorpje, maar geen winkels (bakker/slager). Séjour au repos

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Véronique et de Daniel. Elle se trouve au calme au bord d‘un petit village, la nuit on entend juste le hibou. En ouvrant les volets le matin, vue sur le paysage grâce à l‘emplacement sur une petite colline. La piscine est très agréable, il y a le soleil toute la journée. La cuisine est très bien équipée ce qui nous a permis de préparer des repas avec les légumes, fromages…achetés sur les marchés à proximité. Uzès, Quentin la Poterie, Nîmes, Arles, même Montpellier sont joignables pour des visites d‘une journée. Accueil chaleureux par Véronique. Nos enfants ont pû jouer au foot et au basket au terrain à proximuté de la maison. Bref: vacances parfaites et maison à recommander!

Traumhaftes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in Véros und Danièles Haus. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den beiden empfangen und verabschiedet. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Am Pool kann man sich ebenso wohlfühlen und auf den Poolliegen wunderbar relaxen. Sehr gut gefallen haben uns auch die Sitzgelegenheiten auf den beiden Terrassen. Das Haus war perfekt sauber, so haben wir noch nie ein Ferienhaus angetroffen. Auch die Kinder haben sich über das Spielzeug und die Malsachen gefreut und konnten sich im Garten austoben und schaukeln. Wir würden das Haus von Veronique und Danièle wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Unsere beste Ferienhauserfahrung, die wir je hatten! Une vraie lune de miel

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison du 27 mai au 3 juin 2023. La Maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de toutes les commodités, Carrefour, pharmacie,boulangerie artisanale (où vous pourrez déguster de délicieuses Fougasses spécialités de la région),... Dans cette demeure alliant le charme de l'ancien et tout le confort du moderne, celle-ci est comfortable, spacieuse, cosy et bien agencée; décorée avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Vous trouverez tout l'équipement nécessaire. La piscine est en pente douce et sans aucun vis à vis.Les deux terrasses permettent de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur à tous moments de la journée. Fantastisches Haus

Ein wunderschönes Haus, mit wirklich allen nötigen bzw. Gar nicht wirklich nötigen Dingen ausgestattet. Der Blick ist wundervoll und die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr nett und äußerst bemüht, dass es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wahrscheinlich schon nächstes Jahr.
