Upscale villa near UZES, private swimming pool, enclosed grounds, Wifi.

LE ROC FLEURI, recent house of character 160m2, land of 1200 m2 completely fenced and planted with trees (to be able to let the animals roam in peace), landscaped swimming pool approximately 10 x 5 m (with a meter deep on three quarters of the length and a pit of more than two meters), ideally located in a quiet area 2 mins walk from the shops in the center of the village and 4 mins walk from the river (Le Gardon).
The villa offers you a beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside, all the comforts, trendy decoration, top-of-the-range furniture, a large open terrace of 40 m2 plus one of 20 m2. It is also ideally located 5 km from the Pont du Gard and Uzès with all its activities.
You also have a large area for playing boules, a ping-pong table, 7 mountain bikes including 3 for children, WiFi internet, a TV in each bedroom (including two with DVD player).
You can walk or mountain bike on sublime sites, play tennis, canoe down from Collias until after the Pont du Gard (magnificent), fish, do a Via Ferrata, climbing, horse , swimming, 3/5/10 m dives, Quad rental in Collias...
Golf, shopping, Provençal market (on the herb square with tastings of local products and oysters from Bouzigues), Spa and Massages at the Roman villa in Uzès...

Wonderful holidays

We had a lovely family holiday in this beautiful house. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The area is fantastic to visit and there are lots of different things to do and see. The house has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful House

We had a very pleasant stay at Jean-Pierre’s house who was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The house is equipped with everything you would need. Checking in with him was comfortable and easy. Yet, bringing the deposit in cash seems quite outdated and isn’t very common anymore.

Die Unterkunft war exakt so wie beschrieben. Alles absolut sauber und die Ausstattung (gerade auch in der Küche) lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool ist sauber und schön - in Oktober natürlich nicht mehr besonders warm. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und gerade die Tischtennisplatte oder auch die 7! im Mietpreis enthaltenen Fahrräder sind ein Pluspunkt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die Lage in Collias. Eine sehr schöne kleine Stadt direkt an der Gardon mit einer Badestelle im Ort nahe der Brücke. Man kann aber auch vom Haus aus zu Fuß ca 20 min gehen und steht dann hoch auf der Schlucht und kann von oben auf die Stadt und den Fluss schauen. Eine hervorragende Ausgangsstelle für Wanderungen, Radfahrten (etwas bergig) und auch Kanutouren (Verleih direkt im Coillas). Zudem sind auch Städtetouren bsp nach Uzes (Samstags ist vormittags der sehr schöne Markt) oder auch Nimes (35 min), Arles und Avignon (50 min) gut machbar.Alles in allem also eine volle Empfehlung!

Maison très accueillante dans une magnifique région

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette belle maison qui a bien de l’espace autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Elle est bien localisée car au calme mais sans être loin de tout… donc idéale pour se reposer tout en visitant la belle région! De plus, le propriétaire est très sympathique et a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions durant notre séjour. C’était donc très agréable.

Prachtig vakantiehuis

Top vakantiewoning voor 8 personen met zeer vriendelijk eigenaarskoppel. ALLES is voorzien van lakens, handdoeken tot alle gerief en apparaten in de keuken. Echte privetuin, volledig omheind en behaagd. Laatste huis van doodlopende straat. Klein minpuntje : geen airco op de slaapkamers.

Un séjour inoubliable

Lorsque nous avons vu la maison avec son jardin et sa piscine, nous l'avons trouvée encore plus belle que sur les photos. Le confort, la déco et l'équipement décrits dans l'annonce sont bien réels et aucunement exagérés. Jean-Pierre, le propriétaire nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et bonne humeur et s'est montré d'une grande disponibilité durant le séjour en cas de besoin. Cette magnifique propriété au coeur d'une nature fabuleuse est à quelques minutes à pied de Collias qui propose une boulangerie, une épicerie et une belle variété de restaurants. Quel bonheur de pouvoir aller chercher la baguette le matin sans la voiture! Nous y avons passé deux formidables semaines alternant promenades le long du Gardon, visites d'Uzes, Nîmes et Avignon et farniente au bord de la sublime piscine. Une chose est sûre, nous y reviendrons et notre petit chien aussi. Merci encore à Jean-Pierre pour ce bijou.

gelungener Familienurlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit 6 Personen sehr genossen, waren auch bereits zum 4ten mal hier. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und bietet viel Platz. Verwunderlich war jedoch, dass man eine doch recht hohe Kaution in Bar hinterlegen musste. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub! Absolut zu empfehlen.

Un endroit charmant

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine. Le Gardon, très agréable pour se détendre ou se baigner, est a moins de 10 mn. La maison est grande et parfaitement entretenu, le jardin est arboré et très soigné, un havre de détente. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles. Une excellente adresse pour les vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Le Roc Fleuri ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung. Die Villa ist sauber und gepflegt, mit vielen Details liebevoll ausgestattet und funktionell gut durchdacht. Tolle Poolanlage in dem schönen Garten. Der ist komplett eingezäunt und hat ein sehr praktisches Tor ... in ein paar Minuten erreicht man das Städtchen und den Fluss. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden beim nächsten Urlaub in dieser Gegend sofort wieder buchen. Ein sehr netter Vermieter, der sich aufmerksam kümmert. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Monsieur Jean-Pierre für den Wein, den Spargel und die Erdbeeren. Iris H.

Schöne Villa in bester Umgebung für viele Wanderungen und zentral zu vielen Ausflügen Weit überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung des Hauses, sei es für Küche, Elektrogeräten, aber auch Freizeitaktivitäten (Räder, Tischtennis, Badminton, Boule etc) Wunderschön angelegter Garten , vollständig mit Mauer umgeben Last Not least: Ein sehr herzlicher, angenehmer Vermieter! 😀

Maison trés agréable avec un terrain sans vis à vis magnifique

Grande maison fonctionnelle et moderne sur un terrain arboré avec piscine qui est splendide. Possibilité d'aller à pied au village (boulangerie, commerces avec fruits et légumes locaux) par un petit chemin. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible au téléphone si besoin.
