Au Mûrier Blanc

10 minutes drive from Uzès, in the charming village of Collias, is this atypical farmhouse. This house is ideal for several people to get together, while each one has his own independence.

The first house is composed on the ground floor of a small living room, a first shower room with sink and toilet and a bedroom for 2 persons. The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms in a row with toilet and sink. The second house, consists of a bedroom for 2 persons with its own shower room, sink and toilet.
With a separate entrance on the first floor, you will find a large living room with a shower room, sink and toilet. A mezzanine with a bed for 2 persons. A third house serving as a fully equipped kitchen / dining room. A pleasant terrace above gives a view on the village.
In the center is a gravel garden protected by a beautiful white mulberry tree protecting us from the heat.

The river "Le Gardon" is at 5 minutes walk from the house. Possibility of canoeing, climbing, petanque, horse riding etc. Bakery, grocery store, tobacco shop as well as several restaurants are located in the village, 2 minutes walk from the house!

Possibility to rent :
- A house for 1 to 6 persons (see 7) + kitchen
- Two houses of 10 persons maximum + kitchen

Cleaning costs to be paid in addition on the spot:
- 1 to 6 persons = 150 euros
- 6 and 10 people = 200 euros

Laundry including sheets and towels to be paid extra on the spot :
- 15 euros per person

Séjour très agréable dans ce beau village de Collias, au calme et plein de charme. L’arrivée autonome est un vrai plus, simple et pratique.La maison est vraiment atypique, ce qui la rend encore plus sympathique et agréable à vivre le temps du séjour.Un grand merci à la conciergerie AnnaMaé pour leur professionnalisme : échanges très fluides, équipe sympathique, arrangeante et disponible.Merci pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Eine schöne Urlaubserfahrung mit leichten Abstrichen

Wir fühlten uns als große Gruppe grundsätzlich sehr wohl in dem Hausensemble. Es war am Anfang etwas ungewöhnlich, dass es eigentlich drei Häuser sind, die man zusammen gebucht hat, aber man fand sich schnell ein. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr individuell, von rustikal bis zu modern. Ein kleiner Abstrich war, dass kein Internet im Haus verfügbar war. Das stand anders in der Anzeige. Aber die Vermieterin hat das als irrtümlichen Eintrag erkannt und uns kulant einen Nachlass gewährt. Von daher war das okay. Der Eintrag ist inzwischen auch korrigiert. Ein zweiter Abstrich war ein kurzfristiges Problem mit der Kanalisation, was dann aber schnell behoben wurde. Die Häusern sind natürlich alle entsprechend historisch. Da kann das auch mal vorkommen. Aber eigentlich fanden wir es dort sehr schön und kamen bei wärmeren Temperaturen auch wunderbar klar. Die Lage ist übrigens traumhaft, der Gardon ist in Gehweite. Das war schon toll.

Il est clair que cet endroit est très atypique mais comme vous le dites on s’y sent bien car tout le monde a son coin personnel et se retrouve dans la cuisine ou à l’extérieur sous le mûrier blanc. Je suis contente de savoir que vous avez passé un bon séjour et que vous avez pu découvrir le Gardon et ses environs que j’aime tant 😍

Lieu magique

Nous avons séjourné chez Cécilia à 8. Nous avons trouvé encore plus de magie dans ce lieu atypique que nous nous y attendions avec l'annonce. Tout était juste parfait - à part le manque de wifi noté dans l'annonce. Mais au final même nos 4 ados y ont trouvé leur compte ! La localisation et le dépaysement sont tout simplement au top... Mention spéciale pour la propriétaire qui a été d'une réactivité exemplaire pour nous faire remplacer le frigo en panne. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir partager des moments magiques sous le magnifique murier blanc. Un grand merci

J'essaye de faire au mieux pour que tout le monde puisse aimer ce lieu authentique et atypique comme nous l'aimons. Bientôt nous espérons pouvoir construire une terrasse en teck avec une douche pour ce rafraichir, ce qui ajoutera un espace détente supplémentaire !
