The Property was spectacular. The house was very old but well kept with a lot of room for all. We really enjoyed the outside areas. We didn’t have a few provisions that were expected but other than that it was a very unique and a very family friendly property.

Our Stay in Blauzac

We rented this property in August 2019. The house is as described, large and spacious, comfortable and reasonably well equipped with an excellent pool that was perfect given the temperatures never left the 30s. The children loved it. We had a few problems - a hornets nest and a leaking hot shower but the concierge (Aurelie) was quick to respond in each case and resolve. We had a great stay and I’d recommend the Mas to others. My only gripe were the mosquitoes in the second garden which were out in force during our stay. Perhaps a seasonal thing. Otherwise 5*.

Summer fun!

Had a great time with 4 families at the Mas this summer. The house is very well equipped, plenty of outdoor space & a lovely pool. Justine was very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay! Only slight downside was the upstairs rooms were very hot overnight, even with the fans.

Villa très agréable mais avec inconvénients

Très belle piscine et magnifique patio ombragé au Sud. Le 2ème étage est malheureusement vraiment très chaud malgré la fermeture des volets la journée et la ventilation le soir. Beaucoup de choses à améliorer assez facilement : -TV ne fonctionne pas en finale coupe Europe!! -1 feu gaz direct sur 2 inutilisable -4 ampoules out -évacuation toilette et sanitaires bouchée -bonbonne gaz de réserve vide -1 clé d'entrée sur 2 ne fonctionne pas -La 6ème chambre est vraiment d'appoint sans armoire, et il faut la traverser pour accéder à la seule toilette du rez et à la buanderie. Nous ans tout de même passé de bonnes vacances.

Belle maison spacieuse mais qui manque d'entretien

Séjour très sympa entre amis dans une belle maison mais qui manque un peu d'entretien et avec plusieurs points de désagréments (Wc qui fonctionne mal- douche sale -piscine verte - terrasse en bois abîmée et dangereuse car lattes enfoncées partiellement - interrupteurs qui fonctionnent une fois sur 2 - prise de courant à nue...ménage mal fait ) une ampoule 💡 dans le frigo pr remplacer l'éclairage mais qui ne marche pas mieux

super séjour! dommage que l'annonce disait que la maison était à 5min d'Uzes, ce qui était faux car même en voiture il fallait compter environ 15min. mais heureusement, il y avait des bus pour nous escorter. concernant la maison, rien à dire!

Charmant, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus und die Gartenanlage sind wirklich chamant, viele Menschen können sich wohlfühlen und Rückzugs- und Ruheorte finden. Sehr defizitär sind die sanitären Anlagen. In der Küche gab es kein Warmwasser, weil der Boiler defekt war. Alle 3 Bäder sind renovierungbedürftig. Wenn die Mängel behoben werden, können wir dieses Haus empfehlen.

Une belle maison à l’entretien un peu décevant

La maison, la literie, l’équipement de la maison sont agréables. Sa localisation près d Uzès est très chouette. En revanche, la propriété manque d’entretien, en particulier sur les extérieurs, et une somme de détails viennent ternir l’impression générale de la semaine (interrupteur avec fils à nus dans la salle de bain, nombreuses lames de terrasse mal fixées (douloureux pour les pieds qui se cognent dedans), jardin peu entretenu à l’arrière de la maison, pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine (pas facile la vaisselle à l’eau froide), pas de gaz pour la plancha, draps non disponibles à notre arrivée (l’équipe de la conciergerie nous a heureusement dépannés à 21h), hamac présent sur les photos mais cassé, filtration de la piscine cassée rendant l’eau laiteuse dès le 3eme jour de baignade). Dernier point : les photos méritent une mise à jour (la piscine ne ressemble plus à celle des photos). En bref, une bien jolie maison mais les prestations n’étaient pas à la hauteur du prix.

Un beau séjour dans l'Uzège

Nous avons passé une belle semaine à Blauzac et dans l'Uzège. Le mas Campagnac est très beau et agréable à vivre, avec de l'espace pour chacun, deux jardins avec beaucoup de verdure pour déjeuner ou dîner en fonction de l'orientation du soleil, et une belle piscine d'eau salée. Seuls bémols : pas d'eau chaude à l'évier de la cuisine, du fait d'une fuite préexistante au niveau du chauffe-eau, ce qui n'a pas été réglé par le gérant ; pas de sèche-cheveux, que nous n'avons pas pu obtenir ; une machine à expresso bien entartrée,.... Bref, un certain manque d'entretien en profondeur, qui n'a cependant pas gâché notre semaine.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für mehrere Familien.

Sehr gut aufgeteiltes Haus und Grundstück. Ein Garten mit Pool, der andere Garten zum relaxen und spielen für Kinder geeignet. Wir haben dieses Haus und die Landschaft sehr genossen.

Belle et grande propriété, au calme, idéale pour un séjour en famille. Quelques désagréments qui auraient dû ou pu être anticipés (pas de gaz pour la plancha, chasse d'eau fuyante, canalisations bouchées...) La conciergerie a fait de son mieux pour nous dépanner...

Une maison pleine de cachet parfaite pour familles ou groupes d’amis

Cette maison est vraiment pleine de cachet et adaptée à un séjour pour plusieurs familles ou groupes d’amis. Un bel espace piscine toute la journée au soleil et un autre jardin pour barbecue plancha et détente sur salon de jardin. L’interieur de la maison possède plusieurs pièces très bien aménagées, confortables, pleines de rangements et permet à chacun d’avoir son petit « coin », même les enfants avec un grand dortoir. Nous avons séjourné à 12 amis et toutes nos attentes ont été remplies. Pour la location, comptez moins de 10minutes d’une zone industrielle avec tous les magasins nécessaires et le même temps pour aller à Uzès, ville magnifique à visiter. Aussi, vous trouverez pleins de restaurants sympas aux alentours. Merci à l’agence qui gère la maison pour la réactivité des réponses et l’arrangement au niveau Check-in / Check/out! Valérian

Wunderschönes Haus :)

Wir ( 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder ) haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es war alles zu unsere Zufriedenheit und Uzès ist traumhaft. In der Küchen hätte ich mir bei dem Mietpreis etwas mehr Luxus gewünscht da fehlte es hier und da an verschiedenen Punkten, wie zb an scharfen Messern , Geschirr Handtüchern , Salatschleuder) also nichts schlimmes aber verbesserungsfähig 😊 Auch das anbringen einer Wäscheleine wäre auf diesem Riesen Areal Problemlos umzusetzen. Da mit so vielen Personen sonst immer überall alles verteilt ist . Aber wie gesagt es war sehr schön und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Vielen Dank 😊
