Very high standing and spaceful villa with panoramic view over the sea and the mountains all around. This charming and quiet villa offers huge inside spaces with 354m2 and even more spaces to enjoy Sardinia's sun outside.
Enjoy the outside pool which offers breathtaking views on the sea, the islands and the mountains all around, while laying lazily on teck layers with confortable cushions. Have a seat in the large shaded space under the pergola, dedicated to the Barbecue, a 5 gas fire barbecue with grill and plancha, able to provide to 20 persons freshly grilled meats and fishes for lunch or for a casual dinner. Take part of an elegant dinner in the patio with its large Sicilian enamailed table or organize a party there with a buffet. Take some rest and have a drink at the veranda, with soft musique. If you want to part from the group, just lay on your own private terrace and enjoy the wonderful views until sunset.
Inside spaces also provide charm, quietness and relax. Confortable leather sofa in the living-room are waiting only for you if you want to watch TV or a movie on the Home Theater system. Have a seat at the dining-room huge oak table that can welcome every one with candles and musique, after you take a drink at the bar close to the fire-place.

Stunning view, excellent location & lovely villa

Villa Yolanda was perfect for our family of 6 - 3 couples! The views from the villa are incredible and it is only a short walk/drive down into Abbiadori - conveniently located between Porto Cervo & Porto Rotondo - to access supermarkets, shops, restaurants & fuel. It is a slightly longer walk/drive to the beach but worth it for the views. The Villa is well-appointed - Christian met us on arrival and subsequently provided some excellent recommendations for restaurants (all of which we tried & loved) & boat hire - with a nice pool, great outdoor seating areas and plenty of bedrooms. The top of 'Monte Moro', which is behind the Villa is also an excellent morning walk. We loved our holiday and would definitely consider staying here again - a fabulous two weeks!

What a holiday

We had an amazing holiday and this was thanks to the fact that the villa was absolutely superb. There were 13 of us ranging from 11 to 83 years old and the villa was able to easily accommodate all of us. All of the rooms are a good size and the outside area is perfect for dining, relaxing and having fun. The photos do not do the villa justice! I also want to thank Christian who hosted us - he was able to provide us with great insights into places to go, where to eat and was even able to get us reservations into restaurants which were full! Thank you so much for making our 50th and 80th Birthday celebrations so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this villa. Great location, great views and great place to have a superb holiday.

Fantastic place

We loved staying at this huge villa perched high above the sea with sweeping views. The bedrooms were all lovely and bathrooms worked marvelously. A comfortable large kitchen to prepare family meals and huge outdoor dining spaces to enjoy an evening on the patio. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool after a long day of sun on the beach. I found it plenty large enough for several family members to enjoy at one time. Excellent location near beaches, markets, and tourist activities. Would definitely come again.

Why they chose this property

We discovered Costa Smeralda while sailing between Corse and Sardinia and fell in love at once! We then settled there and built this villa.

What makes this property unique

The quiet situation and the large view over the sea and the mountains are really unique. A perfect location to get some relax with your family and friends. Famous beaches of Costa Smeralda, Pevero Costa Smeralda golf club, a 5*PADI diving center and Porto Cervo entertainement are only at a little drive from the villa. Surrounded by its natural land, you will enjoy there both perfect privacy and security.
