Beautiful villa (Saturday to Saturday rental) with a new 12x4m Swimming Pool, large private garden and spacious rooms. 4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms. Villa Ginepri is an ideal place for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy the sea/beaches/typical local villages and the peaceful beautiful Gallurese countryside.

The house is surrounded by beautiful rich Mediterranean bush, like junipers, olives, myrtle, strawberry trees, fields gardens and the fantastic granite rocks sculptured by the wind. The large property includes an olive orchard of 250 olive trees.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the upstairs bedroom has a separate bathroom for this room downstairs. The well equipped kitchen has all the extras e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. The lounge/sitting room has 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV satellite/cable with DVD, stereo-CD/radio. The covered veranda also has 2 comfortable sofas with coffee table to relax outside. There is also a covered terrace for eating outside with table/seats and BBQ. In front of the house there is a terrace with sun beds for relaxing and sunbathing.

Great house in typical Sardinian countryside

It is a wonderful, grand and expansive house surrounded by the typical Sardinian countryside. The house is well renovated and equipped with every accessory. We really appreciated the silence which made us sleep well. In the evenings you can watch the stars as the house is immersed in the countryside. The house is close to the most famous beach and the location is perfect to discover Costa Smeralda, Palau, Santa Teresa di Gallura and other beautiful places in the surroundings. It is the perfect place to spend a pleasant holiday with friends. Thank you for your hospitality.

Top venue, with villa in a very calm and private sourrounding

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is very comfortable and luxourous. One remarkable feature is, that every bedroom has its own, private bathroom. The garden around the house was just abou to be finished when we were there and will be very nice with the pool architectured very tastefully into the landscape. However, the construction work was communicated in detail by Lucas, our landlord, far in advance and was accepted from our side.In general the communication with Lucas was exceptionall good during the whole Process, before and during the stay. Especially when we experienced a little emergency situation, since I injured myself on the ankle and I had to see a doctor, Lucas help (from Norway) in cooperation with Claudia (the house manager in Sardignia) was more then helpfull! Thanks Lucas and Claudia again for caring about us! For us Villa Ginpretty ist a clear 5 out of 5 and we recommend it to everyone without any restriction. Yours Daniel

Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und ruhig in guter Lage. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut. Immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Heel mooi huis! Perfect verblijf gehad!

Het is een prachtige plek met een mooi en schoon huis en een groot terrein met mooi aangelegd zwembad. Claudia is de gastvrouw, en ze is een hele lieve vrouw en is altijd bereikbaar. Het ligt wel hoog op een berg... en het is wel 10a15min rijden naar het stadje Arzachena... maar geen straf in deze mooie omgeving. Je bent snel bij het strand.. en de natuur is er prachtig! Zeker een aanrader!

Besinnung und Ruhe in schöner Natur

Wir haben das Haus und Grundstück vom ersten Augenblick genossen, ein natürlich belassener und doch gepflegter Platz mit schönen Kletterfelsen, auf denen auch unser Kleiner (4) mit Aufsicht klettern konnte. Man konnte schöne Aussichten finden, Licht und Landschaft genießen, war aber auch schnell an der Küste oder in Palau und von da auf La Madalena, eine schöne Insel. Das Haus ist geräumig mit ausgezeichnet ausgestatteter Küche, schönen Aussenterrassen zum Essen oder Relaxen. Wir hatten zu Beginn in diesem Jahr (Anfang Juni) ungewöhnlich niedrige Temperaturen und Regen. Doch das Haus ist beheizbar und auch innen gemütlich. Hervorragend war die aufmerksame Fernkommunikation mit Lucas. Er ist sofort und bei allen Fragen erreichbar und mit Claudia schnell verbunden, die geduldig und hilfreich bei Check in und out und besonderen Wünschen zur Stelle war. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in erholsamen Ambiente für Groß und Klein! Danke herzlich, Lucas!

Sehr gut gelegenen, top ausgestattete Villa

Die Villa liegt auf einem wunderschönen, umzäunten Grundstück und ist ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet. Von der großen überdachten Terrasse blickt man auf eine große Freifläche, die von Felsen und der schönen Vegetation umsäumt ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad. Die Betten sind prima und wir haben bei der Ruhe hervorragend geschlafen. In der Küche, gibt es alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Lucas war sehr angenehm und die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief perfekt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön!

Schönes Haus, sehr ruhig und abgelegen

Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet mit große Küche und alles was man zum Kochen in der große Gruppe benötigt. Drei Schlafzimmern mit eigenes Bad, geräumig und schön. Außen Terrasse lädt zum gemütliches Essen. Neben Sitzplatz sonnig und genau richtig für den morgendlicher Kaffee. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Staubsauger usw. vorhanden. Der Besitzer war telefonisch immer erreichbar, auch die Verwalterin Claudia (spricht nur italienisch) immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Zwei Punkte die wir nicht gut fanden: 1. das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und von der Hauptstraße bis zum Haus ist ca 500 m sehr schlecht befahrbarer Weg, der nervt und nimmt Zeit und Energie. 2. Die Commune holt das Müll nicht ab und man muss es in Mülldeponie (10 Minuten Fahrt) entsorgen. Diese Probleme sind aber spezifisch für den Gegend und kann leider vom Besitzer nicht gelöst werden. Man muss es aber wissen. Wir hatten diese Information leider nicht vor der Reise gehabt. Aber trotz der nicht optimalen Lage haben wir unser Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Danke an Lucas und Claudia!

Splendida villa per famiglie e amici

Soggiorno di due settimane in 4 famiglie con neonati e bambini. Casa fantastica e ben attrezzata immersa nella Gallura. Meritano il giardino da esplorare per i bambini e la zona barbecue per i grandi. Le spiagge più vicine sono a 10 min ma con tragitti poco più lunghi si raggiungono tutte le bellissime spiagge e calette della zona. Lucas e Claudia ci hanno sempre risposto subito e dato ottimi consigli!

Maison idéale au nord est de la sardaigne

Nous avons passé une semaine en sardaigne. La maison est très bien située et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont repondu à toutes nos questions très reactivement. Je recommande fortement! Merci Lucas!

Super angenehmer freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Lucas. Villa war so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Alles war sauber und die Villa groß und geräumig. Küche war groß und geräumig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. . Bei Fragen hat Lucas prompt geantwortet. Zusätzlich hat er uns viele hilfreiche Tipps zur Umgebung geschickt. In der Villa liegt außerdem ein Buch mit vielen möglichen Highlights aus die von der Villa aus gut erreichbar sind. Wir waren sehr zufrieden , haben uns prima erholt und können die Villa und den Vermieter absolut nur weiterempfehlen. Alles TOP!

Villa zum Ausspannen - Weg vom Alltag

Wir waren das erste mal auf Sardinien und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Als 5-köpfige Familie mit zwei weiteren Begleitern waren wir in der Villa Ginepri seht gut augehoben. Durch die ruhige Lage des Objektes konnten die Kinder auch mal etwas ausgelassener sein und bereits ums Haus herum viele Dinge in der Natur entdecken. Für uns Erwachsene gab es ausreichens Platz zum Entspannen und Beisammen sein. Trotz der ruhigen Lage in mitten von 200 Olivenbäumen konnte binnen wenigen Minuten das nahe gelegene Palau angefahren oder sehr schöne Strände entdeckt werden. Die Gastgeber waren immer gut erreichbar und haben die notwendigen Dinge für die An- und Abreise sehr gut organisiert. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Für unser 1-jähriges Baby war ebenfalls gut vorgesorgt. Wir können das Objekt bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und würden sicher ein zweites Mal dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.
