Beautiful House With Spectacular Views of the Gulf of Pevero

The "magical wind" villa is a perfect mix between hotel and home. Since it is used as a holiday home our staff ensures that maintenance and cleaning are up to the high standards required. Our services and the hospitable touch of the house will make you feel pampered; these are small but essential things such as beds with anatomic mattresses, high quality linens, soft towels, air conditioning throughout the house and finally a housekeeping service included in the rental price. A kind staff member will welcome you to an agreed place and help you settle down. A guestbook, inside the house, will provide you with more information about the best places in the area that you otherwise would not have known. Information on each household appliance is also included. The house has an area of about 200 square meters spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, with private bathroom, which overlook a patio inserted between the rocks where there are relax areas with sun loungers and comfortable sofas and above all a wonderful real outdoor kitchen. A small flight of stairs connects the first to the second floor that includes the living room, a kitchen, contained in a niche created in the same room, not large but accessoriatissima. The living area opens onto a splendid covered terrace with a priceless view of the Gulf of Pevero, set up for outdoor lunches and dinners. A little aside is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The house is located in the hills, inserted in a prestigious and quiet resort above Porto Cervo, close to all the most beautiful beaches of the emerald coast that can be reached in a few minutes by car.
