It is located directly above the port of Santa Teresa di Gallura, in the residential area of Terravecchia. And it is the stylish starting point for visiting the many beautiful beaches in the area.
The spacious four-bedroom villa was built in 1967 by a Dutch architect. She is a contemporary witness of the Costa Smeralda era and fascinated by her round and organic style. The large French windows provide a magnificent view of the surroundings, the sea and the island of Corsica. The roof terrace and other garden terraces give the villa a Mediterranean touch.
