Awesome 2/2 condo with tennis court access and pool! Sleeps 7!

2/2 condo. Sleeps 7. Master: Queen. 2nd bedroom. Full and Twin. Living room: Queen Sofa Sleeper. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Experience all the comforts of home in this 2-bedroom 2 bath condo at T Bar M that sleeps 7. It is the perfect escape from the day to day grind. This second floor condo overlooks the tennis court and comes with 2 rackets and tennis balls. Located only 10 minutes from Schlitterbahn, the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers! Kick back and unwind from the day’s activities in the spacious living room with a queen size sofa sleeper and a dining table that seats 6 with 2 seats at the breakfast bar or cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached full bath. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and a twin. There is cable TV in both bedrooms as well as the living room and free internet. Enjoy the onsite tennis court or take a dip in the swimming pool. There are communal charcoals grills near the pool and picnic areas too. Stroll through the oak trees on stone lined paths. T Bar M is just minutes from charming down town New Braunfels and Historic Gruene. Perfect for families and couples. We have another unit at this complex #406 that sleeps 6. If you have a group of 15 these two condos would be perfect! This condo has a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. There is no elevator.

Great home away from home!

We were in town for a junior tournament at Newcombe’s Ranch. Location perfectly situated 3 minutes drive time away! Easy check in and had everything you needed!

T Bar M is fantastic!

We loved the very spacious, well appointed condo with tennis & pool access. We didn't use those facilities but we did tube the river. Super easy contact-less check in. Lovely quiet space!

Overall stay was decent, however there are a few upgrades that should be made to better the experience for guests. The television in the bedroom was outdated and did not work. The comforters on all beds were old, and all pillows were uncomfortable. The circulation of air in both bedrooms was poor due to a lack of ceiling fans which made it hot even though the air conditioner was running. The property was pretty, but we would not stay here again.

Great place over all.

Really nice place, overall. Clean with a nice, large living and dining area. Toilet/shower area was really small and sink area didn’t have a door to separate it from the bedroom, but we weren’t in there very much, so it wasn’t a big deal. There were a few small maintenance things that should be taken care of…a towel rack down, loose bricks in the foyer, that kind of thing, but it was clean and comfortable. We had a really nice stay.

It accommodated 7 of us perfectly. The place was clean and very nicely furnished. Fortunately the bed I slept on was very comfortable however the other ones, not so much. Other than that, great place! I will rent again when I go back!

Great location, could use more creature comforts

We loved the quiet, private area and access to the tennis court and pool. The apartment was spacious and worked well for our needs. There were a few items that could be improved for us- would have loved a king bed instead of a queen in the primary, and newer, softer pillows. The porch light stays on all night automatically, so better blackout curtains would have helped in the master bedroom. It was a bit bright all night. Thanks for having us, we enjoyed our stay.

We were not swept away

We had a family reunion of sorts and planned on a trip to the waterpark however, mother nature had other plans. So we had to hunker down and weather the storm. We (wish we had more towels) had minimal complaints. One of our neighbors (downstairs left) was extremely helpful with the parking issues. The gentleman who pickes up the trash in the white truck saw me struggling with my costco haul and took the time to help me and my 6 year old get it up the stairs. However, our upstairs neighbor was very rude and condescending the entire stay. Overall, I would stay agian. I give it a strong 10 out of 10.

The open living areas were great space to enjoy family time. The tennis courts and pool offer outdoor play as well. Very clean and quiet area, great neighbors as well. They definitely need to take out or replace the rug in the dining area. A wicked tripping hazard. I was there with older children, so our tripping several times wasn't an issue, but I can only imagine an elderly person or small child being a totally different story. No complaints otherwise, so thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good location - needs a little TLC

Location and space worked great for the extra family we had in town for a graduation. Only there to sleep 2 nights so cant say how the kitchen appliances work or the anything about the neighborhood amenities. A few things that need attention - springs are missing on the couch bed making for an uncomfortable sleep. The twin is a true dorm room size twin not suitable for any over 12. The space was very hot at night and the ac did not help. This was end of May but still only in low 80s for the highs so cant imagine how hot it get in the middle of summer. There are also no ceiling fans to help with airflow.

The rooms and showers were clean. The queen bed was comfortable. The full and single mattresses need to be replaced. The dryer lint vent kept falling out into the dryer when it was in use. If you plan on cooking make sure to bring EVERYTHING including basic spices. We purchased salt and pepper and left them there for the next person. The fridge does not get extremely cold but there was tons of ice in the freezer for your drinks!

Reviewer Comments: Uncomfortable beds, some just have 2 or more toppers on old mattresses. Windows so dirty you cannot see out to tennis courts. No instructions for TV-apparently if you do not have Roku pin you are unable to watch current news and other shows like CNN, Fox, MSNBC-called and spoke with NB Escapes person but no help and said they would call back and did not do so. missing utensils like can opener. Rug under dining table curled up and trip hazard.

Nice Location

The condo was nice and clean and had great spacing for adults. The location had easy access to the River and shopping centers especially Greune only 15 minutes away. The only miss was that the pool was closed with no due date of when it would open, slightly understandable with the pandemic but it would made an impact with our stay if this was clearly explained in the registration.
