Very quiet apartment for 2 people

 The accommodation consists of a main room, a balcony terrace, a private parking, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, large closet.

Studio agréable avec petit balcon, et bien situé , coin calme.

Trés bon séjour, avec mon mari, à Vannes dans le studio de Mr Le Brize . (Suffisant pour 2 personnes). Une gentille attention de sa part : 1 bouteille d'eau bien fraßche, trés appréciable avoir voyagé des heures sous la chaleur + 1 bouteille de cidre fermier . Studio bien situé, proche du centre ville, de ses rues pavées et de ses remparts (20-25 mins à pied) aussi grande surface (10 mins à pied). AccÚs direct en voiture pour partir à la découverte du golf (villages, plages, etc....) Propriétaire facilement joignable en cas de besoin, répond aux SMS ds les minutes qui suivent , personne trés sympathique et arrangeante ! Régine &Amjad

Prestations à la hauteur du prix demandé !

Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique, et offre une bouteille d’un excellent cidre de fabrication locale. L’appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© : deux plaques de cuisson, un four Ă  micro-ondes (pas de four traditionnel), un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, un grille-pain, une cafetiĂšre Ă©lectrique, et tous les ustensiles de vaisselle classiques, jusqu’au tire-bouchon. Bien que situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© d’une ligne de TGV, cet appartement est particuliĂšrement calme, et aucun bruit n’est jamais venu perturber notre sommeil rĂ©parateur des longues marches Ă  la dĂ©couverte des iles bretonnes !! Le petit balcon est trĂšs agrĂ©able pour prendre l’apĂ©ritif ou le petit dĂ©jeuner. Aucun problĂšme de stationnement n’est Ă  craindre, car l’appartement dispose d’une place de parking attitrĂ©e. Pour ma part, la seule ombre au tableau a concernĂ© la connexion Internet. Si le dĂ©bit descendant est correct (en moyenne 3 Mb/S), cette connexion Wifi n’est gratuite que 2 jours. Ensuite, il faut payer 12 euros pour la semaine, exclusivement par carte bancaire (pas de Paypal), aprĂšs ouverture d’un compte chez Wifirst , nĂ©cessitant de dĂ©cliner toute son identitĂ© y compris sa date de naissance. En conclusion, Ă  part ce petit inconvĂ©nient, je recommande cette location pour y passer un sĂ©jour de vacances, car le rapport prestations/prix est trĂšs satisfaisant.
