Very bright apartment, with a beautiful living room, a large balcony and secure parking; composed of a living room with convertible sofa (2P), an equipped kitchen with washing machine, 1 large bedroom with double bed, 1 small with 2 pull-out beds.
The residence is very quiet near the Mont des Oiseaux, 5 min by car from the Almanarre beach, 5 min from the old Hyères and the port, and all types of shops.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.

Très moyen compte tenu du prix

Bel emplacement mais logement laissant à désirer concernant la propreté, toilettes très sales, vaisselle mal lavée, douche avec moisissure.pas de climatisation, un gros ventilateur ne marchant pas.impossible mettre en marche télévision, télécommande non programmée et très compliquée .volet roulant manuel à la 1ère descente la manivelle m'est restée dans la main. pas de plat a la bonne taille pour mettre dans le four la main, le logement pourrait être très bien, s'il était entretenu correctement et équipé normalement.

Bonjour, j'ai bien pris note de vos commentaires, et je pense qu'au lieu de faire les remarques après votre séjour, si vous m'aviez contacté au moment des problèmes évoqués, j'aurais pu régler en partie ce qui n'allait pas, car j'ai un artisan sur le palier qui est très réactif. Concernant la clim, si vous aviez bien lu l'annonce, il n'est pas mentionné qu'une clim existe. Concernant les ventilateurs, il marche très bien, j'y étais ce we, à moins que vous ne sachiez pas vous servir d'un ventilateur. Pour la télé, effectivement je pense que des locataires précédents ont du perdre la télécommande qui ne correspondait pas au décodeur. J'en ai également racheté un ce we. Pour la propreté de la vaisselle, Jérémy ne vérifie effectivement pas pour toutes les assiettes après le passage des vacanciers. Le volet roulant a bien été réparé également. Pour les toilettes il y a un peu de calcaire mais nous sommes au bord de la mer, j'ai donc mis de la soude. Vous voyez, vous m'auriez contacté pendant votre séjour, beaucoup de tracas auraient pu être résolus en direct. Je vous souhaite une bonne journée. Agnès

Sehr kleine Wohnung, abgelegen, sparsam ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist ca, 35 m2 groß und für die angegebene Personenzahl für unseren Geschmack viel zu klein. Es gibt beispielsweise nur Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist recht spartanisch ausgestattet, ein Ofen ist nicht vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung außerhalb des Stadtzentrums und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erfordert für alle Wege den Einsatz des Autos. Sie liegt direkt an einem Kreisverkehr, über den der gesamte Verkehr der umliegenden Ferienhäuser geleitet wird. Die Betreuung durch einen Nachbarn (Jeremy) ist gut und kleinere Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Bei der Übergabe befand sich die Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand.

Accueil chaleureux, appart propre et fonctionnel pour une famille, terrasse ensoleillée très appréciable et emplacement de choix, bien au calme tout en étant proche de la vieille ville, plages, des îles d'or et des grands axes....
