This large studio (35m2) on the ground floor of a house opens onto a terrace and a large garden. An adjoining room with 2 beds of 90 comes to complete the bed of 140 in the main living room, thus offering 4 sleeping arrangements, with the possibility of additionally accommodating in a connecting space a cot. Open kitchen, fitted and equipped, bathroom with tub. The accommodation is in an extremely quiet area, 300 m. From the beach of the birochère (monitored all summer), 500m from a Super U, 800 m. From the train station and the port of pornic. The coastal path, 25 km long, offers countless and charming views of the coastline, and gives access to many coves.

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, viele Spinnen, die ganze Unterkunft müsste renoviert werden, keine normal bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit, sehr dunkel, unangenehmer Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung, Garten nicht nutzbar, gefährliches Bad, die Lage war gut und der Vermieter nett

Séjour à la Birochère à PORNIC

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette petite maison dont le jardin est sublime et insolite...En compagnie des chats (tous adorables) de la chienne MIA, des poules et...autres petits animaux. Monsieur Blondeau est charmant, très attentionné et aux petits soins...un vrai plaisir ! la mer et le sentier des douaniers à peine à 300 mètres de la maison...tout est calme et reposant...Nous recommandons ++++ et nous reviendrons c'est certain. Un petit appartement bien situé dans un environnement verdoyant et calme

L'appartement est très bien situé pour aller à pied à la plage et randonner sur le sentier des douaniers. Le jardin est agréable et foisonnant. Il est partagé avec le propriétaire mais assez grand et touffu pour qu'on ne se derange pas et ne se voit pas. L'endroit est très tranquille. Le logement est au RDC, donc il est assez sombre, sous la maison des parents du propriétaire. Il est prévu pour 4 personnes mais nous n'y étions qu'à deux. La chambre n'est pas séparée du coin salle à manger / cuisine. La cuisine est bien équipée. Il vaut mieux être amoureux des animaux car il y a beaucoup de chats qui se promènent dans le jardin, ainsi que le chien, calme et gentil, du propriétaire. C'est le paradis des animaux! On peut même apercevoir un hérisson le soir et nourrir les poules avec les restes de sa cuisine! Les relations avec le propriétaire et ses parents étaient très cordiales.

J'aime bien le gris mais je penche davantage pour le blanc et le bleu.... c'est plus marin ...😅 Petite précision: le logement n'est pas en sous-sol, comme vous le dites, mais en Rez- de Chaussée! ça veut dire de plain-pied, au niveau du sol et du jardin. De plus, le logement vient d'être entièrement "rafraichi", je ne vois donc pas ce que vous lui reprochez...

Très bon accueil pour ce studio au sein de la maison du propriétaire avec un jardin très arboré de diverses plantes.
