Large open living area with gas fireplace and comfortable seating. The formal dining room seats 8-10 , the breakfast room seats 2 with 2 more at the bar. One story split floor plan with sun room overlooking pool. This Floridian style house is in a quiet neighborhood with tennis courts, walking trails and only 5 miles from downtown Augusta and 8 miles from Augusta National. This is the best location to commute to the Ironman competition. There are 3 queen size beds and 1 king size bed with one guest room having private bath.

Great house. Close to Augusta National and several other courses. The owners are top notch and responded quickly with a few questions we had about the TV. Kitchen didn’t have a toaster over and they provided one ASAP. Would stay there again anytime.

This was a perfect house for our Masters stay. Located in nice quiet neighborhood and only about 10 minutes from Augusta National. House was very cleans and host was very communicative and easy to work with. Would stay again.

We like to share our unique cozy home with those visiting Augusta, GA, We both grew up in the area and have enjoyed working and attending the Masters and are excited to others travel here for the golf tournament and other local events.

Why they chose this property

North Augusta is the best location for the Masters Golf Tournament with less traffic and 3 different routes to the Masters tournament. This neighborhood rents every year to many Master’s guest and the neighborhood is popular for local golfing events. Location is across 13th street bridge that lead into downtown Augusta to River Watch Parkway of Calhoun Expressway and minutes from I-20.
