About this property

Beautiful townhome with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Very close to beach and you can walk to dining establishments. Tastefully furnished and decorated. This home has a great deck with bay views and a garage to store your beach chairs and bikes. Book your summer rental today! 4 tv's. The first floor has two bedrooms with twin beds and a shared hall bath. The laundry is also on this floor. On the second floor is the kitchen, dining area, living room and powder room, the third floor has 2 master suites, both have queen beds and a private full bath. The larger bedroom has a walk-in closet. No inside access to garage but tenant can use it to store bikes, chairs, etc. Nice bay views from the living room! No mattress pads. No pillow cases. No bed linens.
