The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with private bath, guest bedroom # 3 with 2 single beds and a hall bath. The 2nd floor living area walks out onto a sun deck and private covered porch...IT IS NOT SCREENED IN. Comfortable home conveniently located to the town center.
