The 1st floor has a family room with a queen size sofa bed, TV, mini bar with a refrigerator, microwave, and a sliding door to a private deck. The 1st floor also has a powder room, bedroom #1 with a queen bed and bedroom #2 offering 2 single beds and a guest bathroom. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with private bath, guest bedroom # 3 with 2 single beds and a hall bath. The 2nd floor living area walks out onto a sun deck and private covered porch...IT IS NOT SCREENED IN. Comfortable home conveniently located to the town center.
