This beautiful family home is fully renovated, just steps to the beach, walkable to town and just 2 blocks to the park, tennis & pickleball courts and the Stone Harbor Recreation Center.
The 2nd floor has a beautiful custom kitchen with professional appliances & custom Jonathan Adler furniture in the living and dining rooms. It also has outdoor dining, a powder room and the primary suite with king bed, en-suite bath & private balcony.
The 1st floor has a family room with huge flat screen TV, guest room with queen bed, flat screen TV & en-suite bath, 3rd bedroom with queen bed, 4th bedroom with twin bed and a hall bathroom. The 1st floor also has full-size washer & dryer.
The house has fully furnished terraces on both floors, front and back, gorgeous hardwood floors and a private, fenced-in back yard with outdoor shower. It also has Internet, cable and a Sonos sound system.
We hope you'll treat our house like your own home.
The house sleeps 7. No smoking inside or outside on the property. No pets. Not wheelchair accessible.
Because the season is very short, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS.

Wonderful Beach Week!

A week vacation with our extended family in this beautifully decorated home - was a breeze! Big enough for all of us to spread out and have space when needed. A nice stroll into town for dining, ice cream, shopping, mini golf - and just steps to the beach (which was a fantastic plus with our little ones). The beach was clean and uncrowded on our block (much busier up the way by Windrift) - we enjoyed having the extra space. We spent most of our time taking advantage of the great outdoor living space - dining outside on the top deck - playing games, chatting and hanging out on the downstairs deck. The kiddos (and adults) did most of our showing out back which was a great way to keep the sand outdoors where it belongs. Backbay was down the street to pick up great crab cakes and Avalon seafood was great for clams, shrimp and crabs. Small market down the street was handy for the "little things" that we forgot to bring when we didn't want to hop back in the car. The owner was wonderful to work with - very pleasant & always willing to answer questions and helpful. Thanks for your hospitality - it was a great stay!

So spacious with great natural light. Kitchen was beautifully laid-out and well-equipped. (Just bring your own church key as the one on hand is stripped!) Comfortable mattresses, Sonos speakers. With the 2 back decks plus front porch and balcony, you can follow the sun all day. Easy-peazy walk to stunning beach with powdery sand.

Amazing and exceeded expectations.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home last week. The location and home are perfect! We walked/biked into town everyday, the beach is right across the street, there is a playground/tennis courts and grocery store right around the corner too. The home was clean, fresh, and just like something out of a boutique hotel. We loved so many things about this home I could go on and on but in a nutshell say this...if you have any doubts, don’t! You will not be disappointed (and I’m PICKY...lol). Michele, the owner was a pleasure to work with. We miss it already and plan on making this an annual summer vacation.

The perfect beach house for your family vacation!

This is the best house we have rented in Stone Harbor. The beds are amazing and everyone slept great. The beach is a short walk away and our family was able to go back and forth to the beach throughout the day. Wonderful outdoor seating for family dinners! This house has it all!

It was our second year staying in this house. We had another fun and relaxing trip to Stone Harbor! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The house is beautifully updated and well appointed. Couldn't have asked for a better beach house.

We were overly impressed with the quality of this Stone Harbor beach house. The beach is one block away and you are in close proximity to both Stone Harbor and Avalon's stores and restaurants. My two little boys loved the nearby park and new recreation center. We can't wait to get back there next year.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. This house is absolutely gorgeous with so much charm.

The decor is beautiful and the home is simply gorgeous from wooden floors, decor to gorgeous kitchen. The functionality of the space is great. The owner has every kitchen tool and item that you would need. We were able to totally relax. The owner is wonderful. I would recommend this house 100%.

We just love this house so much and have wonderful memories of our time here so far. I hope you make wonderful memories here too!

Why they chose this property

I have always loved Stone Harbor! I spent time there as a kid and always dreamed of owning a house there. It has everything you could ever want in a beach town. It is upscale, beautiful, clean, safe and has great restaurants & shopping. The people are very friendly and the beaches are amazing.

What makes this property unique

This house is close to the beach, playground, recreation center and down town. Park your car and never get in it again (until it's time to leave). It is beautifully appointed, inside and out, with 3 terraces and a back yard.
