BEACHFRONT townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and SPECTACULAR VIEWS! This property is located on Townsends Inlet beach at 79th Street in Sea Isle City.
The two-story unit features a large covered deck on the first floor as well as a NEW DECK in 2024 on the second floor!!! The interior is well-maintained and has an open floor plan. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a full size bed and TV. The third bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds (twin/twin and twin/full futon) and a TV. Enjoy the sunrise and ocean views from this great rental property!

Great Off Season Stay

We came down for my daughter’s 10th birthday. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The house was exactly as described (May be even a little better!). We definitely would like to try to get back down here again during the in season months.

Beautiful Location & Beach Views

We had a wonderful stay at this property for Easter weekend with our adult and college age daughters. The home is clean, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen for eat in or takeout options. The view from the master bedroom porch is spectacular! It was a perfect location to enjoy Sea Isle City and the southern towns of the Jersey Shore. Perfect rental for families or a couple. I recommend also bringing bath mats in addition to linens and towels. We would definitely recommend this beautiful place!

A great stay in Sea Isle!

We had a great stay!! The property was a perfect spot for our family, location was great, view of the beach was amazing, bed was comfortable, inside and outside shower were so nice, and we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and nice to be able to bring our dog. We enjoyed chatting with Rich and Kristen and they were very hospitable. It was a perfect Sea Isle getaway and we’d love to come stay again!

Perfect family getaway

Great beach front location, beautiful views, very clean, fully stocked and accommodating to dogs, what more could you ask for? Perfect spot for a family getaway. Kristen was very accommodating to our dogs and very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. Would highly recommend!

We really had a wonderful stay. Owners went above and beyond helping us with a TV issue. And they were in Florida with hurricane Milton aimed right towards them!!!! House was beautifully maintained and in the perfect location. We definitely would return.

Great location!

I found this property to be nicely appointed and right at the dunes! The orientation makes it nice from morning to evening. Off street parking is clutch! It’s on my list for next year. The owners were responsive and nothing went undone. 👍

Absolutely awesome

I actually took a few days away by myself with my one dog. The home is beautiful and was so relaxing and peaceful. And the beach is a few feet away. Kristen was absolutely incredible to deal with and it was a pleasure.

Lovely oceanfront home

This house is steps from a beautiful beach, with private parking. The house is very clean and well-equipped. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom, the view from the first floor is dunes. People with disabilities should be aware that all of the outdoor and kitchen seating is bar stool height chairs.

Wonderful location clean property not best for young kids

Clean property and a beautiful location. For us it wasn't ideal because the rooms did not have any space around the beds for a pack n play which is the whole reason we were looking for a 3 bedroom. The bunk beds have a futon but it is screwed into a wooden base and cannot be folded up. Also the only tables are high tops which was hard for us with young kids. It was a lovely rental and would be great for a family with older kids.

Good place

The house has a Well equipped clean kitchen. It’s On the beach so very short walk and very convenient. The beach location is great as the beach is large with lifeguards a short walk away. Deck is large with a 6 person high-top table but no ocean view… just of the dunes. The only view is from the upstairs back bedroom which is exactly what the pictures show. The surf sounds are relaxing and the area is quiet. Front patio with 4 person table was perfect for windy days or computer work. Bedrooms are very small and two have overhead fans. I recommend bringing a small fan for the bunk room if you like that. A/C works well. Beds were comfortable. Nice spot for the price.

Super cute property right on the beach

Very convenient to get on the beach and the views were great. Being there over 4th of July week we had an extra special view of the fireworks right from the 2nd floor deck. Although the house and room sizes were on the smaller side, it still worked well and we lacked nothing. Enjoyable experience!

Why they chose this property

My childhood summer vacations were spent at the Jersey Shore in Ocean City. However, when it came time to purchase a shore house for our family, I had my heart set on Sea Isle City, New Jersey because it has so much to offer everyone, from the young to the young at heart;) This Summer of 2023 , we celebrate our 17th Summer season as homeowners in Sea Isle City! Please consider vacationing with us and see why we love our home away from home so much... Location! Location! Location!

What makes this property unique

We viewed several properties in Sea Isle City, New Jersey from the bay to the beach, and even considered new construction. When we entered our property, the sights, sounds and smell of this BEACHFRONT property set in the sand immediately relaxed my husband. Much to my surprise (and our realtors too!), we found him settled and enjoying the spectacular views from the comfort of the living room area. When the realtor asked my husband what his thoughts were about the property, he simply responded, 'I can see the tears in my wife's eyes through her sunglasses... this is the property.'
