Five bedroom/three bathroom townhouse in a very convenient location. Just park your car and walk to the beach, promenade, fish alley and all the best that the center of Sea Isle has to offer. This Welsh built home has been freshly painted throughout, has Central air, an outside shower, gas grill, garage and off street parking. The first floor features two bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry room. First bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom/twin on top) and the second bedroom has a queen bed with deck access. Second floor has a huge family room with new couches, upgraded kitchen with center island and granite counters and front deck access. The second floor also has a full bathroom, one bedroom with a King bed and a rear deck. The Third floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom with a queen bed and a deck, and the other bedroom with two bunk beds along with a single trundle underneath. Wall mounted televisions with cable in every room. The use of 10 beach badges are provided as a convenience as well use of beach wonder cart and wagon to carry beach items. There are also bikes (4 - 26 Inch and 2 smaller bikes) as well as a second refrigerator and a bar in the garage.

Perfect Spot!

This place was perfect for our wedding weekend stay. It was just a short walk to the beach and the bars, very comfortable, and had the amenities that we needed. The owner is also friendly and provided any information we needed. Highly recommend!

Great getaway in Sea Isle!

We had a great stay in Sea Isle- perfect for my husband and I and our kids. Location was amazing- right in the middle of everything. House was incredibly clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and checking in and out went smooth. John was great at communicating- reached out before and followed up after. No concerns. We would definitely stay again!

Great New Year’s Eve Getaway

We decided to change up the scenery for New Year’s Eve with some friends and family. We needed a pet friendly house large enough to have our kids and friends for 3 nights. We were very pleased with how clean, nicely decorated and kept the home was. The owner was great to deal with and was very easy to get ahold with any question I had. We enjoyed the fireworks on New Year’s Eve as they were a short walk from the house. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Absolutely Beautiful!

Thank you so much for renting your home to us! From the second we walked in the door we already couldn't wait to check the availability to see when we could come back! I stayed with a group of family for the weekend, and we felt like we were right at home. They have everything you could possibly need , and is kept very clean. This location was exactly what we were looking for having the beach and bars 2 blocks away , we didn't have to move our cars once we got to the house. John was very easy to work with , and was very quick to respond to emails and questions. We are excited to plan our next trip to stay again! Thank you again John for allowing your home to us to make memories that we'll never forget!

Rent this house!

My friends and family know that I am particularly selective when it comes to renting vacation properties...and this was another great find! I am from SIC, and have rented many properties on the island through the years. This was one of the best! You will not need to move your car given the convenient location which is walk-able to all of the shops, restaurants, bars and beach (assuming you want to walk anywhere away from one of the decks or comfortable couches!) We enjoyed a birthday dinner event that will not soon be forgotten. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing and serving a large full meal with plenty of cookware, glasses of all sizes, plates, serving platters, etc.. Two refrigerators, a bar in the garage, a Flat Screen TV in every room, a bathroom on each level, huge bedrooms with plenty of storage in each, plenty of beach chairs and even a few bikes for us to enjoy. The owner, John, has thought of it all, and was a pleasure to work! I would stop searching if I were you, as I promise you won't get much better than this!

This house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We came in for a family wedding but would stay here again for vacation. Loved the set up of the bedrooms and bathrooms and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group getting ready for 2 formal events! Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Family time

The house looked just like the listing and the rooms were mostly updated and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked with every gadget that we needed. It was spacious enough for the eight adults and four young children to move around and be comfortable. We all loved the balconies. Everything you needed for a day on the beach was provided including the beach tags. Lots of things to do within walking distance. We all had fun during our family vacation!

Incredible host, clean house, amazing location!

For our 5th annual trip, John, provided one of the best VRBO’s I’ve experienced in this location. He was very responsive and had a beautiful home with so many accommodating features for my friends, family, and toddlers. Will absolutely be rebooking for next year!
