Five bedroom/three bathroom townhouse in a very convenient location. Just park your car and walk to the beach, promenade, fish alley and all the best that the center of Sea Isle has to offer. This Welsh built home has been freshly painted throughout, has Central air, an outside shower, gas grill, garage and off street parking. The first floor features two bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry room. First bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom/twin on top) and the second bedroom has a queen bed with deck access. Second floor has a huge family room with new couches, upgraded kitchen with center island and granite counters and front deck access. The second floor also has a full bathroom, one bedroom with a King bed and a rear deck. The Third floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom with a queen bed and a deck, and the other bedroom with two bunk beds along with a single trundle underneath. Wall mounted televisions with cable in every room. The use of 10 beach badges are provided as a convenience as well use of beach wonder cart and wagon to carry beach items. There are also bikes (4 - 26 Inch and 2 smaller bikes) as well as a second refrigerator and a bar in the garage.

My friends and family know that I am particularly selective when it comes to renting vacation properties...and this was another great find! I am from SIC, and have rented many properties on the island through the years. This was one of the best! You will not need to move your car given the convenient location which is walk-able to all of the shops, restaurants, bars and beach (assuming you want to walk anywhere away from one of the decks or comfortable couches!) We enjoyed a birthday dinner event that will not soon be forgotten. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing and serving a large full meal with plenty of cookware, glasses of all sizes, plates, serving platters, etc.. Two refrigerators, a bar in the garage, a Flat Screen TV in every room, a bathroom on each level, huge bedrooms with plenty of storage in each, plenty of beach chairs and even a few bikes for us to enjoy. The owner, John, has thought of it all, and was a pleasure to work! I would stop searching if I were you, as I promise you won't get much better than this!

Perfect for large family!

Stayed off season with family. Great location, house is well maintained and has every amenity you could possibly need. Property owner is very accessible and is very prompt in getting back to you with any questions or needs. Even with a tropical storm coming he was messaging us about the forecast. Thanks John!
