A great space to host a large group of people. This was definitely a family’s home, but it felt very inviting to stay in. The living room area is perfect for large gatherings and there were enough beds for my whole group.

Perfect place for our extended family to stay for a wedding in nearby Avalon. Kitchen was well-stocked. Tons of towels! Beds were comfortable. Great room was so comfortable and spacious for 13 of us to hang out! Loved the decks/porches. Communication from the host was clear and prompt. Thank you!

Polar Bear Plunge Weekend

We ended up having 5 couples stay and it was perfect! The rooms were very clean and having all the towels, linens, etc. made it very easy for a quick winter weekend at the beach. The location was great as well, very easy to walk to the bars and the beach. We had a great stay and the owner was very communicative throughout the process. Would love to come stay in the summer as well!

Fall Golf Outing

We were in town for our annual golf outing. This house is awesome. Impeccably clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room for 8 guys. Convenient location- we walked home after a night at the Oar House. Mark was very responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend.

This is the perfect house for a group of adults. Spotless. Very well laid out had absolutely everything you need for a beach weekend. My friends and I had nothing but praise the entire weekend. The communication was excellent and we were even afforded an early checkin. I cannot recommend this property enough and if we’re ever at the jersey shore again, this will be our place. Thank you Mark for everything!

Wedding Weekend

Awesome place. 4 couples stayed the weekend for a wedding. House was in excellent location to wedding venue as well as walking distance to beach. Clean, well stocked and communication with Mark and Mary was superb!! Thank you both. It was great that linens and towels were supplied too. Other friends staying in the area had to bring own linens and towels. Highly recommend

Girls 50th celebration

six of us stayed at the house and we just had a wonderful time. The house was extremely well appointed, we had tons of room and everything we needed was there. We had a terrible hurricane, and they hosted in constant contact with us. We were happy to hunker down and enjoy each other’s company. I can’t say enough about our trip and our house. We would definitely rent this house again.
