Lovely 4BR + Bunk Room Home on the ​Bay Block in the quiet Townsend's Inlet section of Sea Isle City. Philadelphia Magazine voted 82nd St. in Sea Isle City, the Best Sunset in Sea Isle City. Enjoy bay views, spectacular sunsets, and peek ocean views from the large deck off the living room. The house is located within walking/biking distance to restaurants, shopping, and playgrounds.

The house is a 3 level home with updated furniture and appliances. Top floor: master bedroom with king bed, private bath, and private deck with cocktail table and patio furniture. Also on the top level is a 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining area, living room, large deck, dining table, and outdoor patio furniture. Second floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry room. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds and private decks with patio furniture and views of the bay. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The first floor is also the entry-level and is where the bunk room is located. The bunk room sleeps 6 and has a couch and sitting area. One car garage and an outdoor shower.

My family has been coming to Sea Isle City since 1950. We owned 2 little bungalows that we have since torn down a built 2 new houses. We built 209 82nd St in 2001 and renovated in the Spring of 2015, and update it annually. We own a separate house in Sea Isle and are ready to help with any suggestions to make your trip more special or if anything goes sideways and needs immediate attention.

Why they chose this property

Our house is located on the bay block of 82nd St. It's 4 houses to the bay where my children and grandchildren have grown up fishing and boating. It is a very family-friendly neighborhood with all but 2 houses being owner-occupied. We keep the house updated and revamp after every summer. The house is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach.

What makes this property unique

Our house is a few blocks from Nickleby's, the cutest little coffee shop; Scoops, an adorable custard stand; and Blitz's, a fantastic grocery store. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance from the house: Beachwood at the Dunes, Hanks Sauce, Sunset Pier (you can eat and then rent a boat, jet ski, or paddleboard). There are also charming little clothing stores and a skateboard/surf shop. It's .5 miles to the ACME, RiteAid, lots of cute shops and restaurants, and the playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, and a skateboard park. All the kids ride their bikes there. It's wonderful. It's two miles to the Sea Isle City Boardwalk and the town center that boast arcades, restaurants, and adorable stores. It's eleven blocks to Avalon's bridge, which is really fun to take a walk or bike ride over. It's beautiful. It's two miles to Avalon's town center with delightful shops, restaurants, spas, and a little boardwalk with an arcade, a playground, and more. It's six miles to Stone Harbor's town center with cool shops, elegant restaurants, spas, movie theater, little arcades, and put-put golf.
