My wife and i plus 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren were very comfortable in the space. The rooms were comfortable and appointed. The kitchen had more than enough tools to meet any cools needs. The front porch was spacious and a great place for morning coffee. The roof deck was also enjoyed by some of our yoga lovers. Highly recommend this place.

Every area of rental is spotless. Kitchen provides cookware and utensils for us to cook our favorites. Including seafood! Laundry area is very convenient. Look forward to this beautiful home every year.

Great location! The rental was perfect for our family trip. Plenty of space and a stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils. Ease of getting to the beach and boardwalk were a plus especially with little ones. We all had a great time!

The host was great with communication. The check in and check out process was smooth. We stayed here with our two young boys (3 and 1) and we had a great time. It is 2 blocks from the beach and we had easy access to the boardwalk every-night.

The property itself was great, and we really enjoyed the location and our stay in Ocean City. Unfortunately, our interactions with the host were a very different experience. I asked for the sizes of the beds and his response was did you get the directions/instructions that were-emailed ..i did not . So i asked what email he was sending from so I could do a more thorough search and his response was “I’ve sent it the second time” then the third time. rather than just answer in the Vrbo app section. He referred me to an email that I had not received.so I figured just wait it out , eventually it will come and then it did weeks later.During our stay, a nor’easter was approaching & we were hearing concerns about significant flooding in Ocean City. Since we were unfamiliar with how this particular street & neighborhood handle flooding, I contacted the host to ask whether the street typically floods. His initial response was, “Well , i have no clue or control over flooding “ . He did eventually tell me that the street generally does not flood, but the initial response felt unnecessarily dismissive to a guest asking a reasonable safety question.I also asked what source I should follow for emergency or flooding information, and his response was “the weather app”. We ultimately figured out the local conditions & advisories ourselves.I certainly did not expect the host to predict or control the weather. Hopefully others receive the answers they need when they ask.

Our 3rd year staying here at the end of Sept. Very comfortable for 6 adults. The rooftop balcony is a great place to catch the sunset. 2 blocks from the beach. Enjoyed the bikes and ping pong table! Veru close to pickle ball courts. Looking forward to next year!
