This is the most comfortable vacation rentalI have ever stayed in! It is truly so accommodating — everything you could need is there, and it’s very roomy so you’re able to juggle lots of different schedules when it comes to kids. It’s so close to the beach and also local goodies so it is easy to find a tasty treat and a truly GREAT coffee at Nauti donuts. We unfortunately stayed during hurricane erin so didn’t get much beach time, but thank god we booked this place or else we would’ve been even more miserable all cooped up together.

Great location!

Great house and perfect location. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk. Deck with views of ocean. Plenty of space and kitchen fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Time in Our Favorite Place

Property was perfect for our family. We are geographically spread out across the US and this was the perfect place to come together and enjoy each others company while enjoying all that OC has to offer. Loved the beach, boards and nostalgic foods.

Memorial weekend Getaway

We rented this house for the holiday weekend to celebrate several milestone birthdays. The house so well accommodated our 4 families with 4 small children! It exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to rent here again.

Family Shore Vacation

The property was in excellent condition. Everyone had plenty of room. The covered and open porch sections were great for lounging. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi jets did not work.

Great location and amenities

We absolutely loved it. We were right by the boardwalk entrance and could see the ocean from our covered porch. Plenty of room and appliances. We couldn’t locate the coffee pot lid so John sent me a coffee gift card. He really took care of us and answered all texts. The elevator was a huge help as well as the bottom level bathroom. Right around the corner from Uncle Bills. We had such a wonderful time and will be back.

Long time OCNJ visitor-Great house and location!

The property was great. Great location, well stocked kitchen. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, beach buggy with balloon tires carried 5 chairs, a small cooler and beach bag with no problem. Several nice bikes were available in the garage along with a gas and charcoal grill. Open kitchen/dinning/family room kept the crew together, plenty of room to do what everyone wanted. Good quality, comfortable furniture. The front balcony had a table and chairs open to the sun, the other seating area with outdoor couch and chairs was covered great for chilling out. Walking distance to uncle Bills pancake house and Aunt Betty's Ice Cream. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and comfortable home

We had a great stay at this property the week of Labor Day. It had a well-stocked kitchen, bikes and beach chairs in good condition, and the beds and common-area furniture were clean and comfortable. The elevator made life a lot easier for a family member who uses a cane, and was great for bringing up groceries! The only thing we would add is a reading lamp in the living room. Great rental!

Best place to stay!

We have been staying in ocean city for years and this is the best place we have rented so far! They thought of everything (beach gear, bikes, beach tags and empty cabinets to store our food in the kitchen, among many other things). The outdoor patio was lovely. We would definitely rent here again!

Great location, wonderful house!

We were a group of 5 adults and 4 children ages 1 - 8. This 5 BR house was perfect for us since it even had 2 Queen rooms with their own bathrooms, in addition to the Master suite, which the adults used! It was great, too, having the bunks in the other rooms; it allowed for easy distribution of kids; we actually had 3 in one room and kept the toddler in a separate room, using the provided pack and play... that meant no disturbing him when others went to bed after he did. The house is the most well equipped, in regards to kitchen and sharable beach chairs/toy of any we have ever rented... that is very much appreciated! Not only were there many options for dishware (i.e. plastic for kids if you want; "real" plates for adults), but even good quality pots/pans, etc... versus some places having just random, beat-up cookware, etc. The owner was flexible (we had to alter our dates from the original, slightly) and responsive to inquiries. The house is a very easy walk to the beach and the downstairs bathroom is a plus when going to and from; it also has a nice balcony, which we took good advantage of. I do not have any hesitation recommending this house for your next OC vacation!
