Full size washer/dryer. Eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, air fryer, cookware. Enjoy the sunset from the front patio in the bistro seating area. Remote control awning for your comfort. After a day at the beach/bay, enjoy an outside shower and grilled dinner on the gas BBQ. Walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. Nearby you will discover a tree shaded playground and adult exercise area. One block you will enjoy a 7 mile paved bike trail and bird sanctuary. Two blocks away you can find a full service grocery store. Guests will feel right at home in this soothing retreat, perfect for unwinding after exploring the bird sanctuary, bike riding, a day at the beach, water sports on the bay or downtown shopping.
