Named by the original owner/builder in 1957, Number 1 Beach House has been rebuilt featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths (2 ensuite) plus powder room and outdoor shower. Sleeps 10. Perfect for multiple families, or multiple generations, to vacation together in spacious comfort. Entering into the first floor where a Junior Queen w/ ensuite bath and heated tile floors is to your left. A spa like hall bath plus a hall bedroom with 2 twin beds is perfect for the kiddos. At the back of the first floor is large mid-century vibed living/family room, 47 inch TV and sliders out to backyard, where a teak dining table-chairs, Weber gas grill, poly wood chairs/seating areas and pool await. The middle level is all living area containing a large living room, with 75 inch TV. Dining area and professional grade kitchen including a Thermador dual fuel 6 burner gas range-electric oven, in-island microwave and beverage fridge. No expense was spared creating this chefs dream kitchen! Find a KitchenAid mixer, blender and other small appliances in the pantry. Enjoy 2 separate covered decks, a front relaxing area with large deep seating sectional plus loveseat and a rear dining area. Up the stairs the third floor Owners Room with King bed features a large marble bathroom with heated tile floors and double vanity sinks. Enjoy sunrise ocean views and sunset bay views from the private deck featuring 2 curved sofas and table + 2 chairs for a morning coffee or afternoon adult beverage. Down the hall two additional bedrooms share a hall bath. The hall bedroom contains a full sized bed and the large rear bedroom contains a Queen plus a desk and chair for our 'work from home' guests. All bedrooms have TV’s. All rooms have ceiling fans to take advantage of ocean breezes when weather permits. Fastest internet we could supply, with amplifiers on each floor to ensure you are never without signal - because we also work from home these days. Curated art and furnishing evoke an aesthetic that is relaxed and comfortable, yet chic and tailored. Off street parking for 4-5 cars. Weber gas grill for bar-b-ques. Park and walk to everything Avalon offers – beach, bay, boutiques, bottles, bars, groceries, games, desserts, dining – casual and fine. Two mini golf courses and 3 ice cream places within 3 blocks. Location is prime! Pool available seasonally. NON SMOKING, no pets, no groups, no events, no parties. No single night stays . Available for rental year round. Two night minimum. Summer and Holidays rates higher. Discounts for longer stays and mid-week OFF SEASON dates. Summer dates min 7 nights (and booked through our local Realtor.)

Off season rentals typically have relaxed arrival and departure times. Off season includes sheets, bath and beach towels for 10 guests, no one wants to lug that stuff! We call it 'hotel style', simply pack your toothbrush and clothes. Does not include use of garage (not a garage, a 10 x 8 storage area for owners stuff)
