A perfect place for your vacation in Avalon, our 3 story spacious townhome offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 decks, and all of the amenities you need for a great vacation at the beach. Perfect for a family vacation, our home comfortably accomodates two families. The house has been recently renovated. It is in a great location at 276 33rd St., only 2 1/2 blocks from Avalon's nicest beaches and a half block from town.

My family and I stayed at this property for a family wedding nearby. The location of the property perfect, with convenient access to the venue, beach and other nearby restaurants and convenient stores. The accommodations and layout of the home were ideal for our family. Check-in was easy and the host was communicative throughout the stay. They were flexible on check-out, offering us more time (if needed), which we took advantage — it was nice to not have to rush out on our last day and enjoy more time together. We would certainly stay here again and recommend the property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Avalon.

The place is beautiful- an easy walk to the beach and the inclusion of SO MANY beach toys, games, chairs and umbrellas was fantastic. Plus bikes- 6 of them! Communication was prompt. The home is immaculate and well stocked. Will definitely return. Shawn was also kind enough to offer us early check in and late check out since the home wasn’t booked immediately after our departure.

Family Wedding Weekend

This home afforded us the opportunity to enjoy and celebrate with our family and extended family as we celebrated at a wedding. Close to the beach, a block from the bay, within walking distance of many restaurants and stops, we had no problems getting around town. Our favorite time was on the front deck laughing and enjoying stories and memories..

Excellent stay for a holiday!

The house was clean, cozy and fully equipped for a lovely off-season stay to ring in the New Year at the beach. I can only imagine it is even better in the summertime! Great location and plenty of space. Owner was very helpful and friendly! Very well appointed and highly recommended property.

Excellent property - would stay again

This property was in excellent condition, well stocked with everything needed for an early summer beach trip. The pproperty had everything from towels to beach bikes available for use which made packing for our trip much easier. The property was very clean and our host Shawn made sure we had everything we needed in advance of our arrival. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Avalon

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner was great with communication. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner. There were lots of beach chairs, beach towels, bikes and toys. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Aloha in Avalon

Cozy surf shack vibe. We returned to this property after nearly 20 years. It was fun for my adult daughters and niece to walk down memory lane. Shawn, the owner, is welcoming and kind. It felt like we were staying with family.

Best rental we have stayed in

This property is by far the best one we have rented. It feels as though you’re a guest in someone’s home and not actually even renting. The home is stocked with items that you cannot find in your typical rental. The location is stellar, and our host was communicative and helpful, especially when there was a minor malfunction with the air conditioning. We would absolutely absolutely return!

Great house and great host in our favorite place

The house was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. It’s also close to town. Shawn provided tons of information in advance, stayed in touch throughout our trip, and granted a special request. A few good surprises were the number of decks to enjoy, the number of bikes in the garage (which we didn’t have time to try out), and the cozy beach-themed touches everywhere. This property was better in person than in the pictures. Many thanks to Shawn for helping us enjoy a quick Mother’s Day getaway in our favorite shore town!

Wedding stay

The property is located in a beautiful area, a few blocks from the beach. The house is a warm, charming family home. Shawn was gracious to allow guests to use beach towels, chairs, bikes etc. everything you need for a day in the sun. The only 2 points I’d make… if you are unable to do stairs be aware that there are many. If you’re a person who can sleep with the hum of a motor then the king bed is for you, if not then choose another bedroom, there are several! Thank you again for the use of your home.

the place itself was great- clean and spacious with all the amenities one would expect. the location is also top notch. however the communication from the hosts is the reason i would give my full recommendation. they were over the top kind- we were navigating a nor easter that weekend and they offered to refund our stay. i would highly recommend this to any family looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in avalon.
