A perfect place for your vacation in Avalon, our 3 story spacious townhome offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 decks, and all of the amenities you need for a great vacation at the beach. Perfect for a family vacation, our home comfortably accomodates two families. The house has been recently renovated. It is in a great location at 276 33rd St., only 2 1/2 blocks from Avalon's nicest beaches and a half block from town.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The house was fully stocked in every way including everything needed for the beach. The kitchen plenty of dishes, cookware and appliances. A great place to rent!

Our family has stayed at many places claiming to be "well stocked" and this one beat every place by a mile. We were so impressed with our stay. From the easy communication to the location and the little extras, I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. It's spacious, incredibly clean and as advertised, you can truly put the kids in the car and have everything you need for your stay. What a gamechanger. We hope to return!

The coziest, cleanest, beautifully appointed home! The location is fabulous — we love having our family girls weekend here every year. Room to have our own space and also just relax and hangout together. See you next year!

The house was very nice layout for families, comfortable and clean. Easy access and our host was easy to get hold of and quick to respond. We didn’t do any cooking there but kitchen seemed to have adequate equipment for cooking and eating.

We had a great stay at Shawn’s townhouse! Was the perfect place to stay with my parents as they babysat my 2 month old while I attended a wedding nearby. The house was clean and well stocked. Shawn was an awesome host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Offseason Getaway

Great stay on the bay!

Shawn was great from booking thru checkout. The place was clean and was fully stocked with towels, books, board games and more! We enjoyed our stay as well as the restaurant rec from Shawn for il Posto which was fantastic!
