New apartment, facing the sea, all comfort, furnished terrace, located in the center of Lacanau, close to shops and entertainment, walking and cycling. Many activities: available in the surrounding area:, surfing, paddle, kite surfing, body boarding, sailing, optimist, pedal boat, windsurfing, Equestrian activities.
You can also take advantage of the proximity of the Médoc and its castles for visits to these castles, their cellars and taste their wines or take advantage of your stay to visit the city of Bordeaux.
PARKING included, elevator.

A parking space is reserved for you. Secure parking in the basement of the residence except for oversized vehicle

New apartment (50m2) comfortable sea view in a new residence of only 6 apartments. American fitted kitchen. Living room (convertible sofa 2 places) overlooking furnished terrace (15m2) to enjoy the sun. 1 bedroom overlooking the sea view terrace, with a 160 cm bed and cupboard. A blind room with 90 bunk beds. SDB Italian shower.

Located facing the sea near the shops. Ideal for a vacation without a car. Numerous sporting activities: surfing and surf school, golf course from beginners to confirmed, horse riding, long bike rides on the 15 kilometers of surrounding cycle paths (bicycle rentals in the resort), Mickey club. Aquatic and thalassotherapy center. Casino. Sports activities every day in July and August as well as frequent musical entertainment throughout the summer.

Access to Lacanau Océan from the Bordeaux ring road exit 8 by the D 1215 then D6 from Salaunes
Daily access by trans-Gironde bus n ° 702 from Bordeaux.
A vehicle is not essential given the location of the rental

Payment of the tourist tax at the rate in force at the latest upon arrival

The end of stay cleaning costs for the apartment and the supply of linen (bed linen and 1 towel / person) are compulsory, for an amount of € 90 and € 49 respectively, for a total of € 139.

Nice place, perfect view

The three of us had a great time in Lacanau Ocean. The apartment is a good size and has a spacious balcony. The direct view of the Atlantic is breathtaking at all times. We can well imagine coming back.

Un week-end vraiment extra, l’appartement est idéalement situé juste au dessus de nombreux restaurants, le fait de pouvoir garer son véhicule en sous-sol est très appréciable. Le logement était propre et très fonctionnel, l’immeuble dispose d’un ascenseur. Le contact avec les hôtes àa été très efficace, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Très agréable séjour face à l'océan

Nous recommandons ce joli appartement face à l'océan, fonctionnel pour un court ou un long séjour, grande terrasse pour apprécier les petits déjeuners et admirer les couchés de soleil. Garage souterrain pratique et sécurisé. Il est tout proche des restaurants et des boutiques, et à une rue d'un petit supermarché bien achalandé, d'une pharmacie et d'un médecin. L'accueil fût très agréable et serviable, agrémenté de tous les renseignements nécessaires pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons avec joie sans aucune hésitation.

Would definitely recommend it. Good areas of living room and main room. Kitchen fully equiped. Amazing location and views!!!
