Comfort, class and chocolate! With tasteful eclectic decor, Cocoa Casa incorporates a touch of chocolate history throughout and chocolate from next door, Poppy and Peep Chocolate. An easy 3.3 miles to downtown.
Decorated by a creative interior designer and a chocolate sommelier, each room has a bit of chocolate history and of course chocolate that you can enjoy during your stay. Each window has blackout roller blinds and curtains so you decide the amount of light in the rooms ensuring a good nights sleep. There is a full washer and dryer in case you stay for awhile.
Guests can access the entire apartment!
My chocolate shop is next door! It’s called Poppy & Peep Chocolate, so you might see us creating bonbons or tinkering with our newfound passion of bean-to-bar chocolate making. We will make sure to give you privacy unless you are the outgoing type. I created Cocoa Casa to spread the love of chocolate and help educate people on where chocolate comes from. I’ve enjoyed repainting, and changing the space over the years.
Cocoa Casa is located in a brand new development on Tech Hill, in the State Fairgrounds area just south of downtown Nashville. Most mornings, you can smell roasting coffee directly behind the Cocoa Casa. You might see us creating bonbons or tinkering with our newfound passion of bean-to-bar chocolate making. Down the hill you can find Falcon Coffee, NVR NVR, TEMPO cafe, and Bastion. Cocoa Casa is located in a safe quiet neighborhood only 10 minutes to downtown Nashville and 15 minutes to Nashville International Airport. You are also 10 minutes to the 12South neighborhood, 15 minutes to East Nashville and Germantown where you can shop and eat at some of Nashville's best restaurants.
It’s best to Uber/lyft around as downtown parking is usually more expensive than ride-sharing.

We ask you kindly to strip the bedding linens and start the washing machine prior to departure. Please put away any dishes that have been used.
