Appartement confortable avec terrasse sur les hauteurs de Port-Vendres.

Si le titre de l'annonce sur Abritel (Superbe appartement, vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne) est un peu trop élogieux, il ne manque vraiment rien dans ce petit appartement confortable aux meubles anciens, et il fait bon se prélasser sur la terrasse à l'ombre du citronnier, sauf en soirée où les moustiques sont voraces. L'appartement est d'ailleurs fort heureusement pourvu de moustiquaires. Il vaut mieux être motorisé, vu les distances et la côte - merci à Catherine d'être venue nous chercher en voiture au car- et les étourdis ne doivent pas oublier draps, serviettes et torchons.

Séjour à PORT VENDRES

Bien que le bien loué soit propre, il reste néanmoins un peu "vintage". Les deux pièces sont situées sous l'appartement de la propriétaire. On y accède par une autre rue. L'adresse du bien ne correspond pas à l'accès de l'appartement. L'adresse de l'annonce est celle de la propriétaire. Il n'y a pas de parking privatif. Le véhicule est stationné dans la rue (il faut juste espérer trouver une place) On accède au bien par une vingtaine de marche avec les désagréments que cet unique accès procure. Bien que le prix soit abordable en juillet, nous ne renouvellerons pas l'expérience. Sans parler de la somme de 43 centimes d'euros qui nous a été réclamée par la propriétaire alors que nous avons tout réglé en ligne sur le site.....
