The sofa bed in the living room has recently been changed.
The living room includes an American kitchen, a dining area, a sofa bed BZ 140 cm and a single bed.
It gives access to a shower, a separate toilet and the bedroom (double bed).
The bedroom also has a sea view. It has cupboards and gives access to a room with a washbasin and washing machine.
The whole is spacious and very bright.

The commune of Port-Vendres is located in the south-east of the Pyrénées-Orientales, in the canton and community of communes of the CÎte Vermeille, north of Banyuls-sur-Mer and south-east of Collioure.

The hamlet of Cosprons is located in the lands south of Port-Vendres. The beaches of Paulilles between Port Vendres and Banyuls are the most beautiful in the department.

No private parking. Car parking is possible in the street without difficulty.

Le sol n'avait clairement pas été nettoyé. (pieds noirs dÚs le soir de notre arrivée).Qualité de la batterie de cuisine plus que passable.Chaleur dans le logement étonnamment élevée pour seulement 25 degrés dehors.Ventilateur indispensable !LumiÚre de la salle de bain à mettre aux normes rapidement.Stationnement facile et emplacement agréable.

ArrivĂ©e prĂ©vue pour la remise des clĂ©s dĂ©s 16h mais nous n’avions pas pu ĂȘtre reçu avant 18h par une tierce personne .Personne Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite,difficultĂ©s d’accĂšs dans le logement et au stationnement,il y a des marches d’accĂšs au logement intĂ©rieur puis une plus haute dans la piĂšce de douche et dans la piĂšce lavabo .En plein mois d’Aout,chaleur humide et intenable Ă  l’intĂ©rieur,demande de ventilateur qui nous a Ă©tĂ© remis aussitĂŽt.Le port Ă  cĂŽtĂ© est super,y voir sortir et entrer tous ces diffĂ©rents bateaux sont propices Ă  une vĂ©ritable Ă©vasion .Les enfants ont pu pĂȘcher Ă  leur guise .Les lieux autour sont magnifiques,les gens sympathiques et authentiques.De magnifiques lieux et excursions Ă  dĂ©couvrir .

Une belle vue

Conforme a l'annonce..Apparemment tres agréable.tres confortable . Suffisamment grand pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants.. Rez de chaussée . Un petit verre de rosée sur la murette c'est le top Endroit magnifique une vue du port sa change. Passage de trÚs beaux bateaux.. Tout a proximité.. Marché, comerce.. Plage..sans voiture.. Le seul petit bemol le soir bar et restaurant glacier ferme a 22h30 Un tres belle accueil de Catherine femme formidable agréable et souriant.. Idem pour la propriétaire Pas de parking on arrive effectivement a trouve de la place..facilement sans trop tourner Tres proche de Collioure..Argeles et Perthus Je recommande

"Avons beaucoup aimĂ© sĂ©journer Ă  port vendres.Gros cargos et poisson frais Ă  volontĂ©.Commerces et animations Ă  pied.(soirĂ©e Mousse, danses et chants). Port magnifique et trĂ©s vivant. Maison spacieuse avec les enfants(3), agrĂ©able, fraiche avec belle vue sur port. Le logement est bien amĂ©nagĂ© avec lave linge, lave vaisselle. Petit bĂ©mol concernant le carrelage qui semble d''entretien difficile.(eau de lavage noire!!!!). Le clic clac a besoin d''ĂȘtre remplacĂ©. Il est devenu peu fonctionnel et des lattes sont cassĂ©es."

"pas d'oreillers, pas de possibilité de rangements dans la salle pour les affaires personnelles. L'appartement est idéalement situé mais insuffisament équipé pour héberger 4 ou 5 personnes surtout en matiÚre de rangement."
