Spacious duplex near the sea

A spacious duplex apartment of 100 m² in an old town house overlooking the bay. Located just 50 m from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was completely renovated in spring 2015.

On the first floor, modern and well-equipped kitchen and dining room opening onto a balcony with views of the bay and the surrounding hills. A hi-fi system with an eclectic mix of international music CDs. In addition, on this level there is a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom and separate toilet. A 6.5 kg top-loading washing machine is also provided, as well as an iron and ironing board.

On the second floor you will find a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, a smart TV, a DVD player and a satellite receiver with French, English, Spanish and mainly German TV channels.

On the second floor there is also a double bedroom overlooking the terrace, a mezzanine with a double bed and a second bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and separate toilet.
The south-facing terrace, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains, is accessible directly from the living room.

Old charm in the heart of Banyuls.

Nice old terrace apartment in the best location to the beach and restaurants. The apartment has been renovated to a good standard. Extra plus for breakfast balcony and sun terrace on the roof.

A great apartment in a superb position

A brilliant apartment with terrace overlooking the bay and a roof terrace for sunbathing. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Brigitte's organisation was excellent with a folder of instructions for every appliance and another with lots of local information. We enjoyed meals on the terrace most days, admiring the view.

Lots of space, ideal location

Loved the apartment! Perfect for our two couples. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic deck (upstairs and on main). Incredible views. 1 min to town centre (shopping, restaurants) . Bright and spacious rooms. If you’re tall you may prefer the bedroom upstairs with a bathroom mirror that’s placed higher (I’m 73” and couldn’t see my face in the downstairs bathroom mirror). It would’ve been nice to have bedside lights.

La messagerie par mail avec l'hôte a été positive : réponses rapides à mes questions, infos transmises. Les équipements sont fonctionnels et le classeur avec les notices bien adapté. Petit bémol sur notre court séjour : problème d'utilisation de l'évier suite problème de vidange, l'hôte m'avait informé avant le départ mais difficile à l'usage fréquent et quotidien dans une cuisine.Ce logement n'est pas compatible pour des personnes à mobilité réduite (PMR) à cause des nombreux escaliers pour accéder à la maison, également aux pièces de la maison.

Bel appartement situé plein centre de Banyuls avec vue sur mer. Tout se fait à pied. A noter cependant 3 séries d'escalier pour accéder à la location. Gros bémol sur le fait de ne pouvoir stationner notre véhicule dans Banyuls même payant.....Sinon excellent séjour avec les navettes de car desservant plusieurs villes.

Un emplacement de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement très confortable et idéalement situé. Très bien équipé pour cuisiner au quotidien ( juste la poêle Téfal à changer ) Au départ de multiples chemins de randonnée , de nombreuses visites proposées à l'office du tourisme , un marché qui propose de beaux produits et légumes de producteurs, une vue sur ma mer magnifique ; c'est l'endroit idéal; Si nous revenons à Banyuls ,nous serons heureux de louer à nouveau cet hébergement.
