This apartment is on the 7th floor of an apartment building. It’s a great location, just a short walk to town center and beaches. Easy access to the seacoast hiking trail to Port Vendres (north) or to Cerbere (south).The apartment has magnificent views in every room. The living room and balcony look out to the Mediterranean. The kitchen looks out to the Pyrenees, and the bedrooms give you a birds-eyes view of Banyuls-Sur-Mer—beautiful at night. It’s comfortably furnished and feels spacious by European standards. Elizabeth and Gary are caring and responsive hosts. We had a wonderful stay. We were there in the off season, so there were very few residents in the building, which looks to have been built in the 60s or 70s. While it was quiet while we were there, sounds do carry in the building. So not sure if this might be an issue in high season for those who are noise sensitive. Overall, it’s a very good value and I’d recommend. You won’t forget the sweeping views.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Les literies sont confortables et c'est pratique de ne pas avoir les draps et serviettes de bain à apporter ni à faire les lits en arrivant. Nous n'avons pas eu de fortes chaleurs pendant notre séjour mais il est possible d'aérer rapidement l'appartement quand il fait chaud et les ventilateurs au plafond sont efficaces. La vue depuis la petite terrasse/véranda est très agréable. La proximité avec le centre de Banyuls est idéale, nous y allions à pied (ça demande un peu d'effort au retour quand même car la montée est costaude, mais c'est bien pour digérer ). On entend la musique émanant de la petite fête foraine ou des activités du centre depuis les chambres mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé et on ne peut pas tout avoir !La plage des Elmes juste à côté est parfaite, pas trop fréquentée et les fonds marins sont riches et bien visibles. Il y a un petit snack et une boulangerie juste à côté, ce qui est bien utile.En bref, merci à Elizabeth et Gary pour ce chouette appartement et leur bienveillance.

Wunderschöne Zeit in Banyuls sur Mer

Wir hatte zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Banyuls,das Wetter war super, das Appartement wunderschön,die Aussicht unübertrafflich.Es wurde alles so angetroffen wie in der Beschreibung der Anlage dargestellt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Nette Kommunikation mit den Besitzern, An- und Abreise ohne Komplikationen, alles war super, immer gerne wieder.Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses à Banyuls,le temps était super, l'appartement magnifique,la vue insurpassable.Nous avons trouvé tout ce qui était présenté dans la description de l'établissement, nous n'avons manqué de rien.Communication agréable avec les propriétaires, arrivée et départ sans complications, tout était super, nous reviendrons toujours avec plaisir.Cathy & AugustWe had two wonderful weeks in Banyuls,the weather was great, the flat beautiful,the view unsurpassable.Everything was as described in the description of the complex, we wanted for nothing.Nice communication with the owners, arrival and departure without complications, everything was great, always happy to return.Cathy & AugustCathy & August

Super séjour à banyuls-sur-Mer

Presque deux semaines dans cet appartement où on ne se sent pas à l'étroit ! Belle vue sur la mer et la ville et le parking couvert a été appréciable. Bon contact avec Elizabeth pour l'arrivée et le départ, et nous avons même eu un petit cadeau d'arrivée, que demander de plus. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen mit einem unglaublich schönen Blick auf das Meer und Banyuls auf der einen und die Pyrenäen auf der anderen Seite. Die Ausstattung ist vorbildlich und es gibt einen Garagenplatz. Die Gastgeber reagieten sofort auf Anfragen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick vom Balkon. Sie verfügt allerdings nicht über eine Klimaanlage (entspricht auch der Beschreibung), was wir bei den tagelang hohen Temperaturen als schlecht empfanden, da man die Schlafzimmer nicht mehr kühl bekommt. Das Badezimmer ist veraltet, aber sauber. Hauptgrund für meine schlechte Bewertung ist aber das Verhalten der Vermieter. Wir wurden gebeten (!), vor Abreise eine Waschmaschine anzustellen. Es wurde 4 Tage nach Abreise behauptet, dass wir die Waschmaschine überladen hätten und sie kaputt gemacht hätten. Der Kreditkarte wurde daraufhin ohne vorherige Anhörung unsererseits EUR 300,00 (maximaler. Objektschutz laut Vertrag) belastet und seitens der Vermieter aussagegemäß eine neue Waschmaschine für EUR 369,00 gekauft. Aus meiner Sicht war die Maschine schon vorher nicht in Ordnung, aber die Vermieter haben diesbezüglich eine andere Meinung. Selbst wenn wir den Schaden verursacht hätten, hat der Geschädigte zumindest nach deutschem Recht nur Anspruch auf den Zeitwert. Und dieser lag bei der Maschine in diesem Zustand sicher nicht bei EUR 300,00. Ich kann daher die Wohnung auf keinen Fall empfehlen!

L'appartement est agréable, calme, clair et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Un raccourci permet d'être au centre ville en 5mn. Nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié.

Une vue exceptionnelle depuis l'appartement

Nous venons de passer 15 jours à Banyuls. L'appartement est en tout point conforme à l'annonce, avec une place de stationnement, ce qui est un vrai plus dans une station balnéaire. Il est bien équipé, propre, bonne literie et la résidence est calme… son véritable atout est la vue sur la mer depuis toutes les fenêtres ou presque de l'appartement ! En résumé, une bonne adresse pour découvrir la cote vermeille et les Pyrénées orientales...

Three memorable weeks in this clean, fully equipped apartment. The views from all aspects are gorgeous. The beaches,town,restaurants, harbour and shops easily accessible on foot. Plenty of lovely places to visit, ideally by the 1 Euro bus. The owners were extremely helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Gemütlich und durchdachte Einrichtung

Die Wohnung in Banyuls ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Ziele an der Cote Vermeille und im Roussillion. Banyuls ist nicht touristisch überlaufen, dennoch bietet es alles, was einen guten Urlaub ausmacht: Strand, Berge, Kunst und Kultur in erreichbarer Nähe, gutes Essen und Weine in allen Preis- und Geschmackslagen. Gute Wohnungen sind in dieser Gegend oft nur über Freunde/ Bekannte von Einheimischen zu finden. Von daher ist die Wohnung von Gary Heilbronn ein echter Glücksgriff: sie lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Der Ausblick ist Sonderklasse, innen ist alles gut in Schuss, durchdacht und gemütlich eingerichtet, der schattige Parkplatz ein großes Plus.

A realy great apartment. One of the best we have ever stayed at. Everything that you can ever want.

A really lovely apartment that was very clean, beautifully furnished, the greatest view, comfortable beds, constant hot water and every utensil and item of crockery anyone could ever need. location is great but we did benefit from having a car. Parking was no problem. Beautiful area with plenty to see with some great restaurants especially for sea food. Very much recommended.

Bonjour, Nous sommes un couple canadien (Québec) et avons passé deux belles semaines au début juin 2015. C’était notre deuxième séjour dans cette petite ville . L’appartement est grand , moderne ,et très propre , l’ai circule très bien et on ne souffre pas de la chaleur. La résidence est très tranquille et sécuritaire , la vue est imprenable de part et d’autre des pièces. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et très professionnels. Les petites plages et criques tout près invitent à la baignade et à la détente. Nous avons utilisé le transport en commun , le bus à 1Euro (arrêt à 6 minutes de marches) , le train ( à 10 minutes de marche) et la navette locale. Centre-ville très pittoresque avec son marché , ses commerces et ses résidents sont fort accueillants , un bel endroit pour y séjourner. Nous y retournerons. Serge & Diane , Gatineau , Québec ,Canada

Appartement très agréable et bien ensoleillé. Une vue magnifique de jour comme de nuit;la description est tout à fait conforme. La situation permet de tout faire à pied (courses,balade en bord de mer...). Une très bonne organisation. Des propriétaires très faciles à contacter et attentifs au confort et bien-être de leurs locataires : on regrette de ne pas les connaître davantage. Excellent séjour.

Bel appartement avec une superbe situation

Nous étions ravis de cette semaine passée dans cet appartement avec des vues superbes sur la mer et sur les montagnes. Il fait bon vivre dans l'appartement, tout est bien équipé, et Banuyls-sur-Mer est une charmante petite ville.Bref,des vacances reposantes avec un temps superbe et de beaux paysages plein les yeux !
