3-room apartment completely renovated in a waterfront residence, with superb panoramic views of the sea and coves.
2018 classification furnished with 4-star tourism.

It consists of a living room with American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. Separate WC. Plenty of storage. Balcony and private parking space. Bakery, snack bar and restaurant in the immediate vicinity. 500 m from the SNCF train station and the center of Banyuls (many shops and restaurants). Bus to Collioure and Perpignan at the foot of the residence.
4th floor: elevator access + a few steps.

Lovely view of the Mediterranean

Property is a great place to enjoy the beauty of the southern France coastline. Great base to explore this area and the seaside towns. Apartment was well furnished and comfortable. It had all we could need.

Emplacement idéal

Appartement conforme à la description avec une vue et un accès mer top. Par ces temps de canicule, les ventilateurs ont été précieux même si la clim aurait été un plus.Par contre petit bémol pour l'accueil , pas d'état des lieux avant et après la location , nous avons du aller chercher les clés et les ramener pas terrible .....Nous avons découvert l appartement un peu à l'aventure mais bon c 'est un détail car nous avons passé un super séjour

Appartement avec vue exceptionnelle !

Quel plaisir cet appartement au petit matin quand nous nous levons et que nous prenons notre petit déjeuner face à la mer. Un bien fou... C'est ce que je retiendrais de cet appartement où nous avons passé avec mon conjoint et nos deux enfants de 7 et 9 ans deux magnifiques semaines de vacances en août. A noter également : une propreté à l'arrivée irréprochable! Merci. Les tout petits bémols (mais vraiment minimes par rapport à la qualité de cet hébergement): tout petit peu loin du centre pour profiter pleinement de Banyuls surtout en soirée et une chambre d'enfants où la ventilation au sol ne permettait pas de rafraichir assez le lit du haut en cas de fortes chaleurs. Mais notre fille a du coup eu le plaisir de dormir dans le salon et d'avoir la plus belle vue ! Communication avec Sophie très agréable et extrêmement réactive. Une agence immobilière pour l'arrivée, très sympathique. Je recommande si vous souhaitez passer de belles vacances dans la région.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken.Der Strand direkt vor der Nase! Einfach herrlich! Sehr störend jedoch ist der Motorradlärm bis in die Nacht! Hier sollte die Stadt etwas dagegen unternehmen.

Appartement très bien placé à 15 mn à pied du centre-ville, avec vue sur une plage à taille humaine peu fréquentée cette dernière semaine de juin, appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé, dont grand réfrigérateur appréciable et ventilateurs indispensables. Météo au rendez-vous. Navette municipale à 1 € le voyage toutes les heures pour ceux qui sont venus en train (comme nous) à destination de Collioure, Argelès sur mer, et autres villes jusqu'à Perpignan. Circuit petit trains très intéressant pour ceux qui ne viennent pas en voiture. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous recommandons cet appartement, propriétaire attentive, agence FONCIA réactive.

Très bel appartement face à la mer

Séjour en Octobre très tranquille avec le beau temps en prime. Apparemment ensoleillé le matin et jusqu’à midi face à la mer et la plage au pied de l’immeuble. Refait à neuf, bien aménagé et tout confort. Insonorisation un peu légère certainement lié à l’âge de l’immeuble. Nous garderons en mémoire les déjeuners sur la belle terrasse face à la mer. Le plus les petites chaises de plage pour bien s’installer. Merci pour ce super séjour.
