Bien situĂ© au pied des plages et des sentiers du littoral, nous avons pu profiter d’une belle vue depuis la grande terrasse. L’appartement est grand et fonctionnel. Pratique aussi de disposer d’une place de parking quand elle n’est pas occupĂ©e par un autre vĂ©hicule.

Bel appartement, vue superbe, mais peut mieux faire.

Appartement idĂ©alement placĂ©. Magnifique vue sur la mer. Climatisation parfaite. Bien Ă©quipĂ©. Manque cependant un store banne pour profiter de la terrasse la matinĂ©e . Le parasol disponible est en mauvais Ă©tat. Cependant, petit bĂ©mol concernant le mĂ©nage Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. Le canapĂ© est trĂšs abimĂ© et a nĂ©cessitĂ© un coup d'aspirateur. La bonde des douches obstruĂ©e par des rĂ©sidus trĂšs ancien. Pas agrĂ©able de devoir la dĂ©boucher et la nettoyer. Tout le pourtour du bac de douche est carrĂ©ment rempli de moisissures. Attention, la largeur de passage pour rentrer dans la douche fait environ 35 cm. Forte corpulence s'abstenir. Ces remarques sont destinĂ©es Ă  amĂ©liorer les choses. MalgrĂ© cela nous essaierons tout de mĂȘme de revenir l'annĂ©e prochaine car l'appartement est agrĂ©able, lumineux et la vue est superbe.

Idéalement situé, superbe vue depuis la terrasse

Appartement propre et rĂ©cent. SituĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence calme proche de la plage des Elmes. Boulangerie Ă  proximitĂ© et centre ville Ă  1000m, rĂ©alisable Ă  pied. Logement avec tout le nĂ©cessaire de cuisine et Ă©quipements Ă©lectromĂ©nager. TrĂšs belle terrasse avec vue sur mer. Un store aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciable pour en profiter le matin. Confort literie trop ferme dans les 2 chambres. Le gros point noir est dans l'absence de climatisation (appartement au dernier Ă©tage)qui nĂ©cessite de laisser les fenĂȘtres ouvertes la nuit pour rafraĂźchir (30° C atteint dans le logement) et pas top avec le passage des trains Ă  partir de 6h du matin. Place de parking Ă  disposition dans la rĂ©sidence peu ergonomique. Appartement qui mĂ©riterait un peu plus de suivi ou de respect des locataires (poubelle cuisine cabossĂ©e et couvercle dĂ©tachĂ©, mitigeur Ă©vier cuisine branlant, dessus table cuisine tĂąchĂ© et abĂźmĂ©). Avec une meilleure literie, une climatisation et un store sur la terrasse, il serait parfait!

Agréable sejour à banyuls

Bel appartement trÚs bien équipé avec superbe vue sur la mer.il se situe à 50 m de la plage, la boulangerie est au pied de la résidence et un gros point fort en pleine saison il y a une place de parking réservé. Le plus beau souvenir sera sûrement le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse avec le soleil levant sur la mer Petit bémol proximité de la voie ferrée...
